This hotel is very old school type but contains all the modern amenities. It's conveniently located just next to the Ryogoku station and the sumo wrestling stadium. 15 mins to Tokyo station.
Rooms are slightly bigger than others and are moderately priced.

Yes, they have an option for a triple room. I used one earlier in the year at Ryogoku View. Two are proper beds (single/king single size?) and one appeared to be a sofa bed but they made it up for us and I slept fine in it.
