Close to subway and shinjuku station, room a bit small but I think that's standard around Tokyo. So make sure don't bring too many luggage, coz its very tight inside the room. Very well done service, the receptionist very patient answering all your questions and give you advices where to go around.

My first visit to Tokyo so didn't know what to expect. Stayed here 6 nights - single traveler on sightseeing vacation. Thought the room was great . Very quiet, slept like a baby. They provide so much stuff in the bathroom. Staff at reception were more than helpful and very polite. The Buffet Breakfast at the Royal Host was very...

Would definitely recommend this hotel, very clean small rooms but had everything I needed. Excellent location to experience Tokyo, very close to the train station. Would stay here again. Wireless Internet access is only available downstairs though

Spent 5 days at this hotel with friends. Great location, about 10 minutes walk to centre of shinjuku. Subway station right next door. Free wifi in lobby. Rooms are small but very clean and well equipped with fridge, hair dryer and toiletries. We booked a twin room which had two double beds for extra space. TV with BBC World channel...

Nice hotel in good location in Shinjuku Pro: Room was very clean and very well equipped, staff was helpful and their English was ok. Good value for money. Contra: Wifi available only in the lobby. With two open suitcases the room was very cramped (size was Tokyo standard).

I stayed there 11 nights and the hotel is very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly and most can speak English. The rooms are small but good enough for 1 person. I think it is going to be a challenge for 2 persons as the bed is only about 4.5 feet wide. There will also not be any space...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighborhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
