We booked in around 10000 yen per night including breakfast. It's really worthy the money. And in shinjuku, very close to everything. But please, tell me why the one who clean the room, throw all of our clothes onto the floor??????? Is the cleaning like this? Our clothes are folded on the bed. What's wrong with this hotel?

Convenient place next to Shinjuku station with loads of eating and drinking options nearby. All staff speak English and were helpful. Rooms were small as expected but comfortable enough with all you need and wifi worked well. Good price for the area.

Room overlooked the busy street. My friend didn't sleep well, due to the people in the next room, so maybe the walls are thin, but I slept perfectly well. Otherwise, nothing much to complain about. Staff were friendly. It's located conveniently, e.g. to the Tokyo Metro Govt Building and shopping areas. But after getting off the N'EX at Shinjuku JR...

This is my second time at the Ibis Shinjuku. Rooms are very small, but still have the Ibis pattern level. What makes this hotel special is its location, very close to Shinjuku Station (West Side Exit).

We did not want to spend a good deal of yen for a hotel in Tokyo particular since we were going to use the hotel only for sleeping. Ibis Tokyo Shinjuku is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the busy Shinjuku train station with express train service to Narita airport. I had an updated room with a double bed....

Other than the fact that the location was good, pretty near to Shinjuku station and major malls. Otherwise the single rooms are very tiny and the walls are very thin. I could hear people talking along the corridors very clearly. Smoking rooms are in such bad conditions with mouldy ceilings and walls, that I had to request for a change...

I stay here for 2 nights. The room is quite big in compare to other Ibis hotels I've ever stayed in Singapore or Indonesia. The location is in Shinjuku, only a walk away from Shinjuku station and many shopping stores around the hotel as much as food. There is also stores similar to Seven Eleven near the hotel (I forgot...

This hotel is clean and has a great location and service. However, do yourself a service and avoid the smallest rooms as they don't have a window or any good natural light and that can lead to a slight feeling of claustrophobia. Among other points well worth being mentioned : The breakfast offered has very few options. There is free...

Excellent location just down the road from Shinjuku station and bus terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean cosy rooms. Vending machines and ice machines on floors. Well priced for Tokyo rooms. Plenty of food and shopping areas close by.

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighborhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
