Location wise, it is quite centrally located in Shinjuku. There is a free shuttle service to Shinjuku Station every 20 minutes making it very convenient to get around. Alternatively, if one prefers to walk, it takes about 15 minutes from the hotel to the station....More

Great location, staff was wonderful. Had access to Regency Club and it had great food and drink choices. Mentioned it was our honey moon and they gave comp half wine bottle. Location is very central to Shinjuku area.

Aloof hotel with no amenities nearby. Room service quality poor. Bathroom light tripped multiple times. Overall clean. Concierge friendly. Hotel feels cold not very welcoming as if nobody is at the hotel

Yes, but you need to communicate with the hotel about your arrangement. We have a family of 4 w2 adults and 2 children age 10 & 6. I emailed the hotel; they allowed us to stay in one room.

We used the train and subway taking the JR Narita Express from Narita to Tokyo Station and the Oedo subway to the stop at Metropolitan building area stop which is under the Hyatt

Sorry, I do not know regarding children staying at the hotel--best bet is to contact either central reservations or the hotel directly. I do not recall seeing any children while at the hotel. Sorry
