Pretty good location and very close to everything with walking distance, the check-in entrance is little small compare with other hotel's lobby, staff are very friendly. Descent size room for the location. There is a 7-11 downstairs for all emergency cravings. The gym is very small but again it's Tokyo, better than not having the gym... I would defo come... More

We stayed in a view triple room for eight nights, with one adult and two children. Room is spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. There are two twin beds and one sofa bed, and there are still plenty of spaces for baggages. There is shuttle bus service to and from the subway stations, and it takes about 15 minutes... More

I stayed 8 nights in two different rooms for business. There were a lot of Chinese speaking tourists in the hotel. One was a deluxe room and another was on a regency floor. Both room size, cleanliness and newness exceeded my expectations. I could really work comfortably. There is sufficient place to work, good Wifi, large enough bathtub, non plastic... More

I stayed here for my recent business trip. I arrived Narita airport late in the evening and took the Friendly Airport Limousine from Terminal 1 South Wing directly to Hyatt Regency Tokyo hotel. It took about 1.5 hours for 3100 Yens. The check-in was efficient. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room was of decent size comparing to... More

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighborhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
