I want creature comforts but not at a luxury price. I was more than pleased with the quality, value, location and service at this hotel. When traveling I don't want to be spending a lot of time in a hotel room, but this is a very comfortable and friendly place to come to rest after a long day of sight...

Great location. Very helpful staff and very clean hotel. Easily accessible from Haneda airport. Located near the metro subway and many food outlets nearby. Easy walk to shinjuku shopping district. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Loved the hotel. It is located in a quieter part of Shinjuku. We were here for a week. While the room was small, yet it comfortably accommodated 3 adults. The space is well used and there are these niches carved out where you can keep stuff. Having a kitchenette is a blessing. Housekeeping was excellent. And the staff were friendly....

Have always loved staying in Citadines apartments all over the world. Citadines Shinjuku is highly recommended. Lovely area...lots of eateries, large supermarket is behind the building directly opposite the hotel. Very efficient housekeeping staff. Receptionists very helpful, especially Ms Totomi, Mr Ken and a Nepali guy

We stayed 3 nights in Shinjuku. It was our first visit to Japan and I was travelling with my husband and adult son. We planned to be out sightseeing each day so I was just wanting comfortable beds at night. Our room had a very comfortable sofa bed for my son with a moveable screen between it and the other...

This is a spotlessly clean apartment with a kitchenette, and spacious bathroom. Located a good 10 minute walk from Shinjuku it is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Friendly staff, 7/11 and Lawsons with 200m. highly recommended.

We have total of three people staying at same room, so the hotel provides sofa bed for the additional person. The sofa bed only covered with thin sleeping pad, so we can feel the spring underneath. However, when we checked in it was late, so there was no facility staff around to help to add thicker mattress on. The front...

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighborhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
