Shibuya, Harajuku, Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.

Dear Ms.Candice K, Thank you very much for taking the time and sharing you review with us via Trip Advisor. The demolition work is due to the redevelopments for the Shibuya area and for the upcoming Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020, and we regret that the view from the room was not quite what you had expected. Please be advised that your constructive comments are shared among our staff to be discussed to make necessary improvements for our future guests. Thank you once again, and we hope to welcoming you back again in the near future. Yours Sincerely, Shibuya Granbell Hotel Reception

My husband and I booked this room for 4 nights while in Tokyo. It is a short walk from Shibuya Station but because of major construction you have to go up and down a couple flights of stairs to get to the street where the hotel is. If you have a big suitcase prepare to haul it.

We had the Granbell booked for 5 nights for our Honeymoon. We spent a bit extra than we usually would and booked a suite. When we checked in we were disappointed that our room was on the 8th floor basically parallel to major construction (super loud and not relaxing) I went
