We were supposed to arrive on Monday March 16th, in view of the health situation in France we can not honor our trip, I sent 2 emails to the hotel without any response from them for a refund ! Lamentable and very disappointed, we won't come to this hotel next year for the postponement of our holidays in Japan.
this hotel needs renovation, the front door doesnt work going to the lobby. also from the train station to the hotel is very far now. because like what the previous comment said, it had construction. you have to go the long way now. hotel room is very dusty and it seemed like housekeeping not doing good job not recommended
dirrty and old .and far from shibuya crossing because of construction. the ongoing construction in that area will make you circle the place before reaching shibuya crossing. what once took only 10 mins , now takes 20 mins to get to shibuya crossing. mind you there is no elevator. so if you have luggage, poor you. thats what happened to me. the hotel also looks dusty. and the rooms are old and in dire need of renovations. management should change the bathroom, its too old. bed was with stain too
We usually stay in 5 start hotels but we stayed there over New Years eve as that's apparently where the action is. We were at Keto plaza fShinjuku or a week before this. Japan closes down on New Years eve and we had no where to eat dinner. The hotel staff had no recommendations even though they should at least have some options for us. They know this happens every year so why not prepare the customers for this before hand!? We ended up buying prepacked food in near by 24 hr supermarket but when we asked reception for some cutleries they refused. Japanese seem so nice on the surface but so inflexible and their lack of care/empathy is astounding. The hotel is tiny and I felt dirty in there. This is supposed to be a 4 start hotel!
