There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.

The Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu does not provide pickup services. However, you can easily catch the the Keihin Kyuko Bus from Haneda Airport (on lower level) for 1080 yen and it will take you to Shibuya Mark City where the hotel is located. The bus will stop just 100 feet away from the hotel's entrance on the 5th floor. There is a bus that leaves Haneda Airport at 19:30 arrive 20:32 or 20:05 arrive 21:00, 20:30 arrive at 21:22, etc. Check out the Keihin Kyuko Bus website or google Haneda Airport Express and you should be able to get the information you need plus maps are included to for the airport. The bus service is to/from Haneda Airport at many times during the day. Way easier than trying to drag your luggage onto the train. The bus will load you bags in their stowage area below.
