My first stay here and was very happy with the hotel in general. Clean, modern, great location, small rooms but to be expected in Tokyo. Front desk very helpful and speak English perfectly. Very easy to get to on bus from Narita

Clean and functional rooms and decent buffet breakfast but falls far short of international 4 star level (except in cost). No gym and limited room service options but worst was the service: curt reception staff and limited housekeeping service. Our daughter was ill and therefore refused room cleaning when it came in the morning. When we requested this later in... More

Stayed here a few times before but this visit was the worst. There was blood on the toilet seat, oh my goodness. I told the receptionist but she did not really understand. Then was the towel, the smell of bleach was very strong. I had to ask for another one. Although it is very convenient, I would not recommend my... More

Room was great with good view over the famous crossing. Always very clean with good amenities. We had a twin room with good space for a Japanese hotel. Hotel is a little difficult to find if you don't know the area and there is a bit of construction work around the railway station. Only disappointment was the western breakfast which... More

We stayed here for 6 days, me and my daughter. We had a semi-double room with a view on Shibuya crossing. Excellent room, great conditions! We loved it so much!!! I was afraid that the room will be tiny, but in fact, it was an absolutely regular sized room. Plenty enough room for both of us and our three pieces... More

Most hotels in Tokyo are quite pricey, we got recommended by a friend and booked here. Stayed for 3 nights and yes, location was superb as metro is just few steps away. The hotel is located inside Tokyu Shopping Mall and I think it belongs to them too. Anyway you got like 10 malls around and we couldn't even visited... More

Great location and excellent views of the city. Hotel is new, clean and the staff are very friendly. Their are motion detectors in the room and the A/C only works if someone is in the room. Overall great value for what you get!

My daughter and I travelled to Japan on a whim. No time to plan; we listed all the things we wanted to do and looked for a hotel conveniently located. We hit the ball out of the park! Located across the street from Shibuya station, we had easy access to the Yamanote line (free with our JR passes) as well... More

We booked and then cancelled two other hotels for the Tokyo portion of our trip to Japan before I found this place, and we are so happy with our decision! The location is perfect, right above a major train station (with JR access as a bonus if you book the rail pass). The nearby shopping is fun and lively, and... More

Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of a ski trip. Great location, don't have to go outside to get to the hotel from the Shibuya JR station. Great access to everything. Only disappointment was that the windows get so much condensation on them you can't see out of them. Had to use towels to mop up all the... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
