I must admit that we were feeling somewhat nervous when we found out that we would be traveling during the pandemic for my husbands job. The first thing I did was go online to search for a hotel to stay for the mandatory quarantine once we arrived in Tokyo and luckily I happened to see The Royal Park Hotel Haneda and decided to book it based on the convenience of their location. The hotel is located inside the International arrivals terminal and you walk there without having to go outside. From the moment we arrived, this hotel has been very impressive! First of all, everyone is wearing a mask and every inch of this hotel is constantly cleaned and sanitized. There are hand sanitizer stations on every floor and at every elevator station. The staff are very conscious about sanitation and are very polite, friendly, and professional. The rooms are very up to date and well maintained and even though this is technically a business hotel, there are plenty of families here. I booked a deluxe double room that has four beds. Please keep in mind that the beds are small and one adult will fit in each bed. It’s important to note that they require guests to physically move rooms every three days in order to deep clean and sanitize every room on a set schedule. You will move to the room next door and move back and forth every three days throughout your stay. It really isn’t that difficult though because they provide plastic buckets under each bed for your clothing and you just move your buckets and luggage. They do not have laundry facilities so any laundry has to be placed in a provided laundry bag and dropped off at the front desk before 10:00am. Your clean laundry will be delivered back to you the same day at 6:00pm. It is expensive, but it’s the only option. The beds are comfortable and have buckwheat pillows. The linen is crisp white and very soft and comfortable. The bathroom amenities are great quality and they provide luxurious Mikimoto bath amenities to include the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever tried! The rooms are somewhat small but we are comfortable and the bathroom and toilet room are separated for privacy. They offer a pre-ordered room service meal for breakfast and other meals and snacks can be purchased inside the airport terminal and from vending machines. The front desk staff at this hotel have been very accommodating and have made us feel so welcomed. We will definitely stay here again in the future. …
I stayed here for a 16h transit (transit single room), which cost 21,000 yen. You book in 6h blocks and then you can extend it while you are there if needed. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. There is a shower and toilet. There is a TV but there are only two or three English language channels. There is a common lounge area with a view towards the city. There are some small snacks and water bottles here. I was very disappointed that there were no universal adaptors or USB input for charging my phone or laptop. The main positive is that the hotel is within the terminal, so you do NOT have to pass through immigration to get there. That is a real positive during COVID-19 as Japan has closed its borders.
I didn't manage to sleep on the plane and had a 10 hour layover on a 27hour flight schedule. So I really needed some sleep. We booked into the The Royal Park Haneda Transit Hotel. It was very convenient how it was located in the terminal. But wow was it pricey for only a few hours (you could actually rent the room for a set amount of hours). They also have a hotel attached to the outside of the airport where you can rent by the day not specific hours but I didn't want to have to clear security. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. They even had pyjamas laid out on the bed. The bathroom was perfect I couldn't wait for a shower. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, tooth brush & paste. Everything you need when you don't have your luggage. All in all it was worth the $200CAD for I believe 6 hours of good sleep.…
Stayed for a weekend with my parents & son. My mom had polio as a child so walking is difficult. The hotel was perfect since it’s in the airport. Front desk staff are friendly, speak English & helpful. There are things to do in the airport itself - restaurants & shopping!
We stayed at the Royal Park Hotel Haneda from February 14-22 2020, Hollywood Twin Room 731. The staff at checkin was every warm and welcoming. At checkout again the staff was very sincere and wishing us a safe flight and wish us to return again, and we will. On our departure the hotel staff offered us complimentary breakfast because of minor problem with the hot water which was not under their control in the late evening, affected the whole hotel, but in the morning the issue was fixed. I would like to thank Mr. Kato at front desk who handled our checkout and the complimentary breakfast. I also want to thank Mr. Shohei Honda, for personally coming to explain the water issue from the night. I want to say Thank-you to all the staff at Royal Park Tokyo Haneda. We will return again in the near future. Sincerely, Mr. Caldera Roberto Antonio Mr. Poon Tak Lok Room 731 February 14-22 2020…
