I stay here often because I do business in Nakano. The rooms are large on Japanese standards but small for 2 adults and suitcases.

We stayed at the Nakano Sun Plaza in November of 2016 as part of a guided tour with Inside Japan Tours. Because the stay here was included as part of our tour package, I cannot comment on the price or the booking.
A run-down hotel on top floors of a rather decrepit office building. Rooms are tiny, TV only in Japanese and WIFI very spotty. Service was rude and food absolutely dreadful. Nothing worth seeing in the immediate area. There are so many great hotels in Tokyo....More
