Tokyo, Japan
Reviewed yesterday NEW

The Ritz Tokyo is now 10 years old and parts of the room show a bit of the wear and tear and a bit outdated. But, the service at the club lounge was excellent. From the afternoon tea at check in to midday snacks at check out time, the staff were very friendly and trying to anticipate all our needs....

Dear D5784LTadams Thank you for staying with us and sending us your comments. Our rooms are normally set up for two people and we charge additional for the third person for the additional towels, amenities, bedding etc. Regarding the music fee in the bar this is only for outside guests and I am sorry that you were not recognized as...

3 night club level stay. Amazingly expensive - restaurants and rooms of a very high standard but all else fairly average for a hotel at this level. Service at imperial much better; club in HK much better.

My husband and I were on our own tour - to view the Sakura blossoms in April. The service there was "tip top" - be it, advice on the various parks to view Sakura blossoms, information on Japan underground services and also providing the daily weather reports. At every turn and every step we feel that we had a personal...

As always another brilliant stay. Never thought hotels did anything with the questionnaires you complete after your stay but the Ritz Carlton proved me WRONG. Made a minor comment following my last stay about something missing in the bedroom. Lo and behold when I got to my room on my recent stay there it was, just for me........ Brilliant personalized...

Place is conveniently located above upscale shopping center. Good restaurant everywhere and a 24hr super market. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Everything is clean and the room is large and comfortable. A great location to start your day in Tokyo.

This hotel not only offers the Ritz-Carlton level of service and room quality but also incredible views of Tokyo. It is also a great location in Roppongi and the Imperial Palace is reachable if you walk circa 20 minutes. Impressive property. The concierge staff was also very useful. Prior to arriving, we emailed them to make some restaurant reservations. We...

Stayed last week with the family. Although the hotel is geared toward the high end traveller and business man, the staff go out of the way to make the kids welcome. The buffet at breakfast is pretty basic and gets boring after two days, so wound up eating outside. Used the pool and that was nice and unlike a lot...
