Arrived at the Ritz, met at the door by courteous staff who welcomed us by name and guided us to the elevator to the Club level check in which is on the top floor (53th floor). You realize quickly that you are now on the highest floor in the tallest building in Tokyo with Ahhhmaaaazing views of Tokyo below! The...

Upon arriving, I was whisked away to a magnificent lobby, made even more enchanting by the Christmas choir and 10-foot tree that lay at the center of a luxurious-looking Christmas party. The staff was on hand to run circles around me, whilst they simultaneously checked me in and arranged for my luggage to be brought to my room before I...

We celebrated our sons 40th birthday in Tokyo and had a booking of three rooms at the 49th floor! First day we had a snowstorm, but staying in the Hotel was very comfortable! Next day we saw the Fuji! The service from the staff is outstanding! The Club Service was fantastic! We had such a help to settle some bookings...

I recently stayed at the Ritz for 6 nights on business.PROS: -- The room was beautiful and well equipped with toiletries, tea, bottled water, etc. And the view of Mt. Fuji (on a clear day) was spectacular. -- The Roppongi location was very convenient and there is a subway stop in the next building which is very convenient. -- Sushi...

Dear MissEinDC Thank You for staying with us and taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your warm comments regarding your stay. On the other hand, we would like to express our apologies for the concierge misunderstanding your needs. (probably misunderstood for the Tsukiji Fish Market, famous for early morning tuna auction) We highly appreciate your valuable comment,...

The Ritz Tokyo is everything you would hope for in a Ritz. It has a great location, great amenities and a very attentive staff. The bar is always active and the views are impressive - best in the city! I would stay here again anytime I was visiting Tokyo. The property was meticulous and the staff all lived up to...

After a rough start, everything got into place and it got better and better. Communication is a must :-) The service is perfect, the food is very good. Although there are not enough options for vegeterians, the service provided by the staff is so good it compensate for that lack. Being a non meat eater, I am very picky when...

This was the first stop on our first visit to Japan. Checking in on the Club Floor after a twelve hour transpacific flight on JAL (an exceptional airline, but that's another story) was efficient and welcoming. The Hotel's aesthetic, while contemporary and incorporating all the modern conveniences, is also very much of its locale. Artwork, water features and floral displays...

From the time we walked in to the time we checked out, the custom service is top-notched. The room is beautiful and very spacious with a huge bathroom with two separate sinks. The city view is beautiful at night. We were welcomed with some goodies (chocolates) in the room. It's everything we expected from a 5 star hotel. Service: The...
