I have stayed here 3 times now and the service never fails to impress me. Rooms are of a very good standard with superb views on higher floors. Nothing is too much trouble. Very easy to find due to proximity of the Tokyo tower so if you go out for a walk you cant get lost !

Would absolutely recommend this hotel for a luxurious treat. We stayed to celebrate an occasion and the hotel staff took pains to make us feel special, including with a card and gift inside the room. The concierge service was very helpful in helping us make a dinner reservation at the nearby Michelin starred Tofuya Ukai (a short and pleasant stroll... More

Our experience in the hotel is not good. We are very unhappy with the attention received. We are flying back to Spain at midnight and we asked if it would be possible to take a shower in the fitness area before leaving to the airport. First response was no and after complaint, the answer was yes but paying 2060 yens... More

The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and catching the train. The soaking bathtub was great after lots of walking and the bed was super comfortable. The room was a modern, and as is custom in western-style, quite large. We asked for a high floor and the view was fantastic--a little scary standing on the balcony, but worth... More

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. I stayed there before and really liked it, so I booked 10 days on recent trip. I would say I have nothing but the highest compliments. I read a few comments about the staffs not speaking English, but I think that's mostly untrue. I interacted with many hotel staffs and... More

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. Whilst the room was clean, tidy and well presented, and the staff professional, there were a number of issues with our stay. The first, which set the overall tone to our stay, concerned checking in. Due to our morning arrival in Tokyo, we arrived at the hotel before the advertised check-in time. In... More

Stayed here during a recent trip as they had a special promotion. The hotel itself is looking dated compared to some of the newer hotels coming up all the time in dynamic Tokyo. Its main disadvantage is the location as it is in the middle of a park and quite far away from all the main areas of Tokyo for... More

Staff are super friendly at the Prince Park hotel. We arrived early after an over night flight and were able to check in at midday. We could have paid extra to have the room in the morning but chose to to wait it out instead (given we had a young child with us on it would have been even nice... More

Yes location might be a bit off but the rooms are large (like really large), impeccable service as expected in such a place in Japan, excellent breakfast buffet with a stunning view over the city from the 33rd floor and a few nice restaurants nearby if you chose not to eat in the hotel.

There are a lot of amenities at this hotel. Fitness center, bowling alley, pool, etc. they list it all on their website. What they don't tell you is that they charge you extra for EVERYTHING! We stayed here for the listed amenities but to use the pool- 2000 yen. The fitness center- 2000 yen. When you're paying to stay at... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
