I had never had anyone delivered my suitcases to my room so quickly... Here I would like to send special thanks to the spa therapist, Noriko Aoki and the executive lounge staff, Akiko Kawano... Noriko was extra attentive during the spa treatment and I felt like I was really taken care of... I had never had a spa experience quite as nice when it comes to the service level... Akiko's attention to detail really showcased the Japanese omotenashi hospitality spirit... Akiko helped me with all my requests through the message system on the phone with swift responses... She even spontaneously found the errors in my bills on the incidental charges when I checked out... Akiko even went one step further to help me optimise my next transportation options to Yokohama so that I wouldn't have to spend extra time, transfer at different stations or pay an unnecessarily hefty price for the taxi... It couldn't have been so smooth without Akiko's help... Even though it has been 8 years since I last set forth in Japan, where I was born, I felt like I was welcome home at Conrad Tokyo... This was something I will never forget and will keep me coming back for the rest of my life... Notwithstanding, our agent suggested staying at the Conrad Hotel in the Minato area of Tokyo... From the day we arrived at the hotel: the staff, the facilities, and the concierge who advised us on all of our needs, making perfect suggestions and feeling like having our own butler in Tokyo, were perfect... We had a very happy five days in the hotel; when I ran the marathon, the hotel provided me with an unsolicited recovery package and a congratulations note... I had a great massage at the spa facilities the day after we left for Kyoto, not before being greeted by Neil McInnes a super friendly Scottish General Manager super devoted to details... Again, the second stay exceeded our expectations... When we arrived all the staff received us and congratulate me personally for the marathon, including the Front desk manager Koia, who even tried some words in Spanish to make us feel more at home and welcomed, the concierge desk was more attentive to all details, specially Mieko, who also ran the marathon!... Actually, we found that the restaurants are superb and decided to have our 30th wedding anniversary at a Chinese restaurant, China Blue, where we were greeted by Miuky an excellent sommelier that guided us through the Japanese wines... Hidetaka Takeda, the Captain, provided us with one of the best dining experiences of our life, deserving a three Michelin star classification... The day we left the hotel again the staff was super warm and the front desk manager, with perfect attire, provided us with farewells, comparable to those of Sonia’s Cheng Rosewood in other places...

We had a fabulous stay at Conrad Tokyo... I found that they arranged more front desk staff, such as setting up 5-6 counters for check in, so that customers would not have a long wait... I just waited for 15 mins and get my room card... As a Diamond member of the hotel group, I got upgraded to Executive floor... You would not be disappointed not just in day time, but also in night time... We really appreciated that all staff in Conrad Tokyo were friendly and considerate, from front desk to restaurant... As it was Christmas holiday, we had to queue up outside Cerise and wait for arrangement during breakfast time... The common facilities such as the pool and the bathroom might need some minor refurbishment, but its service is still superior than many other Forbes Travel 5 Stars hotels... ...Service is excellent as usual as it was before the pandemic. As Japan has recently re-opened to general tourism post-pandemic, the usual airport limousine buses from Narita airport were not running, so it’s was either bus or subway to Tokyo station followed by a short taxi ride...

My 3 nights hotel experience with Conrad Tokyo was mixed and it has alot to do with the service delivery and not the hard product... In addition, I paid a luxury package which include complimentary upgrades... Despite special dietary request was made prior to stay for cocktail session, a disappointing small plate of grilled vegetables was brought to our eyes , half of them was burnt... Thirdly, service at the breakfast restaurant was slow... Coffee request was completely forgotten and reminder needs to be given...

Coming back to Tokyo from a short trip to Hokkaido with my wife, we took the Shinkansen for a very comfortable ride. As usual, getting off from Ueno station and changing to a JR train is never an easy effort... When sitting down in the executive lounge, it was very busy as usual… a very nice lady apologized our wait which wasn’t a big deal for me at the time... Amika Higashi (assistant executive lounge manager) immediately called the Shinkansen office to ask for help... After she spent lengthy of time to speak with various people, she finally was able to nail down with their lost and found (after giving them the description of my belongs inside the backpack) department and located my missing backpack... My wife and I were so joyful because we thought it is not possible to find it…especially happened the same afternoon... This special effort (with a lot of patient) from Amika really made my trip be a very memorable one (in good way)... Conrad Tokyo now became my must stay hotel when I return to Tokyo in future!...

...The staff at the executive lounge later found a room on the executive floor but informed us that there would be an additional charge of 18,000+ Japanese yen per night... The service at Conrad's executive lounge was excellent, and the breakfast food was fresh... The hotel's room service was very punctual, and the room cleaning was thorough... I would consider staying at Conrad Tokyo again on my next visit to Tokyo...

In summary, I can say that my stay at the Conrad Tokyo was simply fantastic. Everyone I met at the hotel is so nice to talk to... This stay is literally one of the best Hilton stays I have ever had... You could literally have small conversations with them which is absolutely amazing... My special requests were met promptly and attentively... For Hilton members, do not worry, they recognise your status and give you the benefits you deserve... I myself received an upgrade to the twin suite, which I appreciated... It offered sweeping views of Tokyo Bay and Hamarikyu Gardens and was very well appointed... Sure, the rooms may be a bit older compared to newer hotels, but the service from the staff at the front desk, Ceris restaurant, executive lounge, chat or email is what sets this hotel stand out...

We've been fortunate enough to stay in several hotels in Tokyo, but the Conrad's service, the facilities, and the room itself were unparalleled. We so appreciate how accommodating the staff was of our requests for various restaurant reservations and a late checkout, how well-stocked the rooms were, how thoughtful the gift for our anniversary was, and how beautiful the flowers in the lobby were... Before booking, we were concerned about the location - but the proximity to the train station (and the entire underground city that came along with that) ended up being a major perk...

This was our first time staying at the Conrad Tokyo. Check in process was very smooth and quick... We stayed on the 36th floor with a lovely view of Tokyo bay... The room was very spacious and impeccably clean... It had a very calm atmosphere and we felt very comfortable the second we settled in... Breakfast and evening cocktails at the executive lounge was amazing... They had great options for food and drinks... The hotel had a pool and a gym but what we liked most were the sauna and steam room, definitely a plus for a hotel... The hotel also had easy access to public transportation which was very convenient... It was definitely a plus when they upgraded our room to a suite for being a Diamond member and when they knew we were celebrating late birthdays and an anniversary... They made us feel welcomed the whole duration of our stay... Special shoutout to the ever energetic Mr. Peter, from guest relations, for adding personal touches in the room (rose petals, stuff toys and chocolates for the kids) We cannot commend him enough for making our stay extra special... Every dish he served was a feast for the eye and the palette... This luxurious hotel definitely did not disappoint and we definitely recommend staying here... We cannot wait to stay at the Conrad Tokyo for our next Japan visit...

This was my first visit to a Conrad, but I’ve heard good things. The staff wax very helpful and kind with requests and questions... We had adjoining rooms, which was ver spacious for four people... We were greeted with sweets and strawberries, plus a cute souvenir on the bed... The bathroom is beautiful and spacious with two sinks and s soak tub... The turn down service was great too, The train station is right next to the hotel, which was very convenient... I found it strange that the robes and pajamas provided to both our rooms were different... The buffet breakfast’s service was very inconsistent... We waited a long time for coffee and breakfast orders... The breakfast options were minimal compared to other hotels, but were tasty... I liked having glass bottled water provided daily and loved using the cute teapots provided in each room too...

...We have been traveling for years and love to have a place to stay that provides a good location, staff, and facilities... Specifically, as it was close to the Imperial Palace, and the finish line of the marathon... From the day we arrived at the hotel: the staff, the facilities, and the concierge who advised us on all of our needs, making perfect suggestions and feeling like having our own butler in Tokyo, were perfect... We had a very happy five days in the hotel; when I ran the marathon, the hotel provided me with an unsolicited recovery package and a congratulations note... I had a great massage at the spa facilities the day after we left for Kyoto, not before being greeted by Neil McInnes a super friendly Scottish General Manager super devoted to details... When we arrived all the staff received us and congratulate me personally for the marathon, including the Front desk manager Koia, who even tried some words in Spanish to make us feel more at home and welcomed, the concierge desk was more attentive to all details, specially Mieko, who also ran the marathon!... Even the casual occidental restaurant and the fine Japanese were superb in terms of food, decor, view, ambiance, and specifically staff attention... The Conrad Hotel is clearly a fantastic place, not just to stay, but to visit or even just consider passing by in Tokyo...

A pleasant stay with Conrad Tokyo. Our room, A King Bay Suite, was spacious and comfortable with amazing Tokyo Bay view overlooking Hamarikyu Gardens... Foods are delicious, breakfast with lots of varieties from western style to Japanese style (Especially the lobster omelette was so yummy, definitely a must to order), and the executive lounge offering afternoon tea & evening happy hour, which are a big plus...

...The staff members were friendly and accommodating, our suite was spotlessly clean, the food was delicious, and the views were incredible. The hotel is immediately adjacent to two major metro lines and the concierge arranged a driver for our other needs...

We had a fabulous stay at Conrad Tokyo... I found that they arranged more front desk staff, such as setting up 5-6 counters for check in, so that customers would not have a long wait... I just waited for 15 mins and get my room card... As a Diamond member of the hotel group, I got upgraded to Executive floor... You would not be disappointed not just in day time, but also in night time... Thank you so much to all arrangements for our stay... It was an amazing stay experience and we will definitely come back again...

...Excellent hotel with exceptional Service….the corporate scent is very pleasant. Good location near Ginza where all the shops and restaurants are... The executive floor dining is available for breakfast and afternoon tea with a wide range of food choices...

...Honestly—I travel a lot—diamond status etc. This is the BEST Conrad I’ve ever stayed at... Everything exudes understated luxury... I loved the fireplace in the bar with a beautiful performance by a very talented musician while looking out at the Tokyo skyline... The gym, the pool—this place knocked it out out of the park by a country mile... Do yourself a favor and just yes—it’s worth the splurge!...

Feels great to be back at this hotel now that Japan is open for general travel again. The hotel is in terrific condition and the service is excellent as has always been the case with previous stays... Pity the lobby lounge isn't open later during weekdays (I think last orders is 10pm) otherwise after-dinner drinks with the view of Tokyo Harbour would have been the thing to do after returning to the hotel at night...

The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Shimbashi station so quite convenient for getting around Tokyo and also to and from both Haneda and Narita... The rooms are great with good beds, good bathrooms with good amenities, good and quiet air-conditioning , and strong internet... There is a great 4 lane 25 meter lap pool with good changerooms... The lounge is elegant and there are a number of good food options too ( on the pricier side)... You can get around Tokyo quite easily from the hotel so it is a convenient quality choice well worth considering for either a short or extended trip...

Coming back to Tokyo from a short trip to Hokkaido with my wife, we took the Shinkansen for a very comfortable ride... We carried couple small suitcases but bought with many souvenir and with our backpacks... When sitting down in the executive lounge, it was very busy as usual… a very nice lady apologized our wait which wasn’t a big deal for me at the time... Amika Higashi (assistant executive lounge manager) immediately called the Shinkansen office to ask for help... Conrad Tokyo now became my must stay hotel when I return to Tokyo in future!...

From the lounge to breakfast to checkout, I had a wonderful 3-night stay here at Conrad Tokyo. Although the upgrade was not exciting as a Diamond member, we were well taken care of by the staff... The in room dining was quite special... The facilities including the gym, sauna, and pool were beyond expectations... I’d like to also give a shout out to Izumi-san, who helped us at the lounge and even at checkout was incredibly thoughtful and friendly...

Our stay at the Conrad in Tokyo was phenomenal from start to finish. The hotel is located on the 28th through 37th floor of a skyrise building giving you amazing views from both your rooms and the lounge/bar area... The staff are very kind, helpful and dedicated to making your stay in Tokyo (and Japan) a memorable one... We were celebrating a special occasion during our stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure it was highlighted by offering us some treats on arrival and making arrangements for us... The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom window can be opened with a view on the city/bay... Breakfast at the Cerise restaurant is delicious... We enjoyed the buffet with its wide selection of japanese and western options everyday and will be going home truly missing it... We enjoyed tea time at the 28th floor lounge during our stay as well... The unlimited supply of teas and its selection was thoroughly enjoyed... The gym is well equiped and the pool is very nice as well... The hotel is well located being just off the shiodome station and walking distance from the shinbashi JR station... Was easy to get from the Hotel to pretty much anywhere in Tokyo and you won't need a cab to get to Tokyo station to catch the shinkansen if you need...

We enjoyed our stay at Conrad Tokyo... Through FHR we got a nice view room and credit for restaurants... The breakfast was good and had great variety but the bar and restaurant at night was expensive for what it was...
