This is one of the biggest hotel rooms I've stayed at in Tokyo (excluding the Imperial, Palace and Peninsula hotels). We stayed at the Twin 40 room with an extra bed, and it was very spacious. The hotel was recently renovated and changed its name. Service was excellent. They provided the basics (towels, amenities) and provided them generously. Coffee was... More

I stayed there for a couple of nights on a business trip. The rooms are very big and bright. It feels a little bid outdated and doesn't match with the cool coffee downstairs, which is very modern and warm. Staff were very polite and efficient.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our first visit to Tokyo. Hotel was extremely clean and rooms were spacious. Best part is the free gourmet coffee for guests. Pastries were separate but very delicious! Location is convenient as its close to subway station. Less than 5 minute walk. Great little bars and restaurants nearby, but also away from the... More

great place if you want to stay in the city and not break the bank. the rooms are modern and quite but are rather simple. the bathrooms are outdated and need some tlc. the coffee shop with free coffee for hotel guests is awesome and the team, mostly young, is very very polite and efficient.

I found this hotel quite different than usual as they have quite different perspective. You may think that you are at wrong place as it looks like only a coffee shop by the entrance. Rooms are quite large, free wifi, they dont have a breakfast service but one of the best coffees in the city and free for the residents. The... More

Located only 100 mt from Akasaka's Tokyo Metro Station (Chyoda Line), this Hotel is perfect for mid budget travellers with high expectations: rooms are bigger than the average you may find in Tokyo, (mine was more than 40 sq meters), perfectly clean, large and comfortable beds, a lot of amenities and a small well equipped kitchen. Wi FI is free... More

When arriving by subway, exit 2 is definitely the closest and is literally 100m away. Be aware though that there are three flights of stairs to carry your luggage to street level. Check in was fast and reception staff were always very friendly. The room size is huge. We were three couples staying for seven nights. We all had deluxe... More

I have been to this hotel 2 or 3 times (most recent was mid 2013 and early 2014). It used to be called Hotel Avanshell Akasaka. I haven't been since they changed the name, however previous experience is that this hotel is awesome. Very clean, very big rooms (not sure if that's related to my company... I think we have... Best location for a stay in Tokyo.Convenient to travel around Tokyo as there are plenty of subway stations near the hotel. The stylish room has small kitchen and microwave. The guest can drink brand coffee from Kyoto for free at the cafe on the 1st floor. We'd like to stay for the next time!!

Funky hotel, cool vibe , I liked the names of their special rooms, like "kitchen drinker"! Don't know what it means though.. The gym is awesome, also many cool pictures of schwarzenegger. Location is perfect
