The strengths of the hotel include its friendly staff, clean rooms and its convenient connection to Narita via a limousine bus. The best feature was a club lounge located on a higher floor (I cannot recall which floor) that was open 24 hours and offered complimentary coffee and cookies. This was an useful place to meet colleagues informally, after meetings.... More

Delighted to make this last minute booking for 3 nights. 10 minute walk to Tokyo tower and close by metro to Midtown, I loved the elegant reception and friendly staff. The room was comfortable with lovely extras such as the coffee lounge, well equipped bathroom and generous breakfast. With all the rooms 14 floors upwards there are great views. I... More

Good location, clean rooms and helpful staff. It is nothing special but it is perfect if you are in Tokyo for just a weekend and will not spend too much time at the hotel. Both the train station and the subway are located 5 minutes away and you could easily walk to Tokyo Tower. Big breakfast buffet with lots of... More

We will definitely be going back here! The cocktail waitress was amaze balls! Her Expresso Martini was the best I've tasted and she has skills with the shaker!!! The hotel room had some nice touches including magazines, water and a chocolate on the pillow! The owners greeted us personally in the morning with a coffee, bacon roll and a smile😎The... More

Room sizes are always a concern in Tokyo but this hotel has some very nicely proportioned rooms and that includes a large bathroom as well. The staff are extremely friendly and engaging. For myself speaking English with the front desk when I needed something never presented a problem. The buffet breakfast has a large variety of both Japanese, Asian and... More

We knew nothing about Tokyo and this was the first place we stayed, booking it off the internet. Proved to be reasonably priced, centrally located and very friendly. Easy to get ticket for shuttle from NRT to the door of hotel. Just line up at he ticket desk and the staff will make sure you do not get lost. No... More

This hotel is in a good location, a reasonable taxi ride from Haneda or Tokyo Station. It is also very convenient to the metro. The rooms are good-sized and clean. The breakfast is fine, with plenty of choices. There are not any restaurants within walking distance and the staff is not very helpful in finding places to eat so this... More

For our first time im Tokyo, we found this hotel very good from the description on the internet and decided to give it a try. It was not the cheapest, but at least the rooms doesn't seem too small (compare my review of the Hong Kong stay at "Loi Loi Guesthouse"). When we arrived, the room was not yet ready,... More

Close to the Mita station (4 mins walk) and only 30mins from the Haneda airport. Larger rooms than you would expect from a Japanese hotel. A quiet area, which I appreciate. The included breakfast is a good blend of Western and Japanese food. There are fancier hotels, which I have tried, but I come back here. My only suggestion would... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
