As a Hyatt Platinum member, I always expect the finest service and comfort from the Grand or Park Hyatt properties. In May I spent four days at the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The staff was so polite and helpful, true to the gracious manner one expects to find in Japan.... More

The hotel is very nice and lives up to expectations. All of the amenities are there and the hotel staff is amazing. We stayed here on the first leg of a long trip through Asia and Ms Nagata at the concierge was super helpful. She was able to get things done that I couldn't do from the USA. Oh and... More

This was my first time to Japan and I have to say that I’m so glad I chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt. As there was so much to see and do in Tokyo, it was so nice to come back to this amazing hotel at the end of each day, and to wake up there every morning. Located... More

This is the preferred hotel of my business trips to Tokyo over the last 5+ years. Hotel and rooms are immaculate. Bedding linens are best I've experienced in any hotel. Love the shower and bath. Service is always top notch as in most Japanese establishments. It's my home away from home. When possible, I also choose Grand Hyatt Tokyo for... More

We stayed for one night at the end of a two week trip to Japan. The hotel was everything you would expect from a Grand Hyatt- superb service, very comfortable rooms, great food and an expensive price tag to go with it all. There is a very relaxing spa/ pool/ gym on the fifth floor and easy access to the... More

the room was clean. I was surprised when I saw the wall of the bathtub. They must have caulked the wall recently. What I am saying is that everything is very well maintained like their garden at temples. There are multiple convenient stores connected to the hotel at the basement. the restaurant serves until midnight, which is good if your... More

This was my first trip to Tokyo and booking the Grand Hyatt made all the difference. The hotel is well located and has a great selection of restaurants to choose from. The Club lounge is one of the best I have been in and serves champagne and a full meal so be careful if you have booked for dinner. The... More
