We stayed at the Park Hyatt at the beginning of our holiday here in Japan and ended it at the Grand Hyatt. We stayed here 3 nights and from check in to check out it was truly memorable. We were greeted by the front desk manager who promptly took us up to the club lounge. We checked in there and...

Overall this is a very good hotel which is nicely located in a very upscale district in Tokyo. It is close to train station which makes it very convenient. In general, the staff are very polite like all other Japanese Hotels. Rooms are clean, tidy and quiet which makes your stay comfortable. I have tried eating in some of the...

This was our first time in Tokyo so we decided to stay in the Roppongi Hills area. It has been many years since I last stayed at a Hyatt property, choosing typically to stay at Starwood properties where I'm a platinum member. I cannot find fault in any aspect of the hotels accommodations, service, food and beverage or hospitality. I...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt. The staff was extremely accommodating throughout our stay and our hotel room was impeccably clean! The hotel is near the Moro Museum and walking distance to the Roppongi Station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

GH Tokyo always has great service, exceptional dining, and overall the true essence of guest service which is a hallmark of Japanese hospitality. From arrival to checkin all was smooth as usual, rooms are well maintained with the tastiest strawberries as guest amenity that i have ever had. The restaurants on property are very good - highly recommend Oak Door....

This was our first trip to Tokyo and the Grand Hyatt was our home base. The location was fantastic and the staff could not have been more personal. We loved the CLUB floor and it's hospitality, accessibility and food/beverage services.

I usually stay at the Ritz but wanted to try something new. I had a great experience and the quality was surprisingly similar. The club lounge was very nice (not quite to the level of the Ritz) The rooms were very comfortable and lots of great dining choices in and near the hotel. Anyone working in the Roppongi area I...
