I've stayed here and also the Park Hyatt. If you like be close to things and within walking distance then the Grand is a no brainer. Staff was super attentive and the service we did have was on par. Walked to a fantastic sushi place. Wish I could remember the name of it. 3 generations just like Jiro but without...

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW

I was recommended this property by multiple people and it certainly did not disappoint! Being partial to Hyatt properties, we selected the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi over the Andaz or Park Hyatt mainly because of the location. Being in Roponggi was very convenient to the subway and also dining establishments that were on our list. We liked being able to...

We just stayed there for two days and upgraded to executive suite as a new benefit for Hyatt globalist. We stayed in Grand hyatt many times and always feel good. It is very convenient and you can find all kinds of good restaurants in that complex. Highly recommended!

This is a stunningly elegant hotel. The rooms are a good size for Tokyo, and the bathrooms are perfectly sized with a wet floor and deep bath. Room design is "luxury corporate" but the shared spaces are beautiful. The bed is larger than a King size (indeed oversized) with a slightly hard, futon mattress. Toiletries are gorgeous and there are...

Spent four nights here with my wife on a short holiday. These guys run a tight ship. The hotel itself is a masterclass in hospitality. Staff are friendly and attentive. Hotel is clean and our room was comfortable and spacious. The pool and spa are great. Make the time to get in there for a sauna and a swim... We...

it was a great hotel in the best part of town. There are plenty of awesome restaurants to choose from, and they are all awesome. Service was great. The lounge was fantastic with a good balance of Japanese and western food & snacks available. It is next to a mall, which is always great for the ladies!
