This is one nice hotel. The lobby and rooms are nicer than most Hyatt's I've been to. The rain head shower is amazing. They supply you with a JBL bluetooth speaker in the room to sync with your phone for listening to music. The staff speaks English really well (better than most other places I've been in Japan). They were... More

This hotel is without doubt one of the two best in Tokyo. What is offered within the price is fantastic ... From the stunning breakfast to the large range of food @ restaurants ( 11 ) available in the complex, to the staff with their welcome.. Nothing is too much of a problem and the staff are fantastic and very... More

The location and view of this hotel is brilliant ! Tokyo tower is outside of Window, lots of arts museum nearby. Next to Roppongi hill. 10min to Ginza, very convenient. Room is ok, others are all average. Just the location is sooooo great. Great place to stay in Tokyo .

The Grand Hyatt has well appointed, nice size rooms. The black out shades are the best when taking on jet lag. The area is good for running, is close to shopping, museums, parks and great restaurants. The hotel restaurants are very satisfying. The hotel staff are always polite, efficient and very helpful.

During our travels, we returned to Tokyo after staying in Kyoto and checked into the Grand Hyatt. Previously, we'd been in the Shinjuku area, which we thought was fine because we hadn't been elsewhere in Tokyo. Having discovered Roppongi, however, wow, were we happy we'd moved to the Hyatt! This area is awesome! The other positive reviewers' comments are spot... More

4 of us recently stayed in a suite at this hotel. The stay was terrific and faultless. The indoor swimming pool and gym were wonderful. We managed to experience all bar one restaurant at the hotel and can happily recommend all; favourite being the Oak Door. The evening and breakfast club lounge was also great with solid range to choose... More

Well kept and managed hotel in a great location. My family joined for a week long set of business meetings. The hotel handled their needs very well and there are local parks and sights for family members of all ages. Great spot for the subway also. Restaurants onsite were fantastic with a broad variety. This is a good choice and... More

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights while on business in Tokyo. I've traveled for work for 20 years, and this is one of the better hotels I've experienced. The staff is polite, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed. And the food in the restaurants is top-notch. I highly recommend.

I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt several times now, which in some ways is unfortunate because I now can't imagine staying anywhere else in Tokyo. The service is exceptional and the rooms large and luxurious. The pool and gym area are worth a visit and a great place to freshen up after a long flight.
