When we chose that hotel, one of the reasons was the shuttle from the airport. I was shocked to know that the shuttle operates until 18:30!!! After that time the only reasonable option for people with baggage is the taxi. And because of the distance and the bridge toll, the price is very high and it took us around half... More

The check-in was effortless and I was given 1246, a fantastic suite with a walk- out terrace and hot tub overlooking Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge. The room was very spacious and well- appointed and had an entry hallway, living room, guest bathroom, sleeping quarters with two modest- sized balconies, a large bathroom with separate tub and shower areas... We came here for 3 nights at the end of a 3 week rail trip around some of Japan and it was a perfect place to unwind. The area is SPECTACULAR and we had 2 rooms with beautiful harbour views of the Rainbow Bridge. Unlike most of Tokyo this area has wide open spaces and trees so just feels far... More

On 1st July 2016, I made online reservation for non smoking room for a period from 17th to 19th July 2016. A smoking room was provided. As a result, we were not able to stop coughing. We immediately talked to the front desk, but we were told that none of non-smoking rooms were available for us despite we got the... More

We stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of our travel agent. We were given the impression this was something special so perhaps our expectations were set too high. We arrived quite early after disembarking from a cruise so had to wait hours for our room as check in is not until 2 p.m. We ordered a coffee and sat... More

The hotel is what to expect from a Hilton Hotel, very beautiful, clean and impecable service. We stayed in the Nagoya Hilton for 3 months and we know what to expect from Hilton, here in Japan. The rooms are big and clean, with an amazing view from the Rainbow bridge and the the Tokyo skyline, specially at night. I highly... More

What an awesome view of the rainbow bridge. Be sure to upgrade to get the view. We loved it. Room is very large for Japan. Very upscale. Hotel was clean and service was excellent. Zero problems. We came in on the train, took a cab from Shinagawa Station to get their - was near $30 USD. It is a ways... More

The Hilton Odaiba is a great hotel with fantastic views of Tokyo Bay and Rainbow bridge (especially at night). The location is close the Yurikamome Monorail, meaning easy transport to Shinbashi and the JR / subway lines. 50m to Aqua city and just across from Diver city and the outlets/shopping mall. If funds allow, I recommend the Executive lounge -... More

We stayed at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba on a family vacation for 5 nights. We had a terrace suite with a jacuzzi on the terrace. It was a treat to take a bath at sunset with stunning views over the Rainbow Bridge. The suite was very well equipped, with all the bathroom amenities you could think of, ironing facilities, individual AC... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
