The hotel is very nice - the rooms as well as the lobby etc.. The view on Tokyo Tower is amazing. Early check-in was no problem at no surcharge. The prices are high, but normal for Tokyo. Would definitely go back there.
Located almost on top of the subway, The Park Hotel is a great place to stay if you can figure out the subway system. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. Most everyone I came in contact with spoke...More
We stayed for three nights in this great hotel, and four days in Tokyo. We never needed a taxi (JR and subways within a five minutes walk), nor lunch (the breakfast buffet was astonishing good). The reception was professional, the room on the 27th floor...More
Right above the train station, great location. Talking distance to Tokyo Tower, awesome stuff, clean, friendly. They did stick a building in front of my tokyo tower view since the last time I was there.
Nice hotel with great staff and great views. Check in was quick and correct. Receptionist walked up with us to our room and showed us our room and gave tips about sightseeing. Staff is eager to help quickly and correct.

Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much
older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.

Not sure if the hotel has that service. We took a taxi from that terminal exactly to the hotel. Paid about $120 USD for a 40 min ride. There is a cheaper way by train (we had one too many suitcase) and were obligated to take a taxi. On our way out though we did buy a shuttle ticket ($30 ea. aprox) from the hotel to the Narita airport which is much further (1:20 hr). I would call the hotel to ask and try to buy a shuttle service from the cruise terminal if they offer it. Super nice hotel and helpful staff!! Good travels!!
