This is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. It was a little confusing to find it in the first place (as we were navigating from the train station) but once we arrived, we were greeted with such great service. We had one of the rooms with the art work and the view was amazing over Tokyo....

Being the first hotel we stayed in Japan, it didn't disappoint. The hotel rooms are located on the top 20 or so floors so when you arrive on the lobby, the views of Tokyo are simply stunning. The staff are extremely friendly and will cater to all your needs. There is also a decent choice of breakfast buffet including a...

The Park Hotel is part of Shiodome's complex of high-rise office towers and hotels connected by a network of above ground walkways. It's also close to the Shimbashi station for both Japan Rail and subway lines. It's walking distance to both the famous Tsukiji fish market (until they move) and an Edo-period public garden. The Ginza is about a 15...

Brilliant hotel! Great architecture starts with the triangular building and the high rise lobby. Lovely rooms pretty spacious for Tokyo standards with amazing amenities. We just loved the Shampoo :-)!!! Excellent Breakfast. If you are lucky you can see Mount Fuji from the reception, behind Tokyo tower.

Great Location (literally on top of a metro station) and a short walk away from a ton of areas worth visiting (be prepared to walk a lot in Tokyo - it was usually quicker than the metro and your fitbit will love you for it), attentive service and super helpful staff who sorted our bag transfer to our next destination...

Loved the hotel. Regular rooms are small but I suppose that's normal for Tokyo. However very clean, bathroom fully stocked and very attentive staff. Loved the bar with the special designed icecubes. 5 minutes walking distance to shimbashi station and a ton of tiny restaurants. We visited every important part of town and loved this part the most because of...

Cannot fault the staff - very polite and helpful. Location was good as well. The hotel itself was a bit of a let down. The room we had did not come up to expectations and could do with a general make over and update.

Room with a view 2812. Our first hotel on arrival in Tokyo. Close to the rail links. Great Corner kingsize room on the 28th floor, looking across at the Tokyo Tower. Our only view of Mount Fuji on the last day in the mist behind the Tower. Great access to transport links. Excellent staff, very helpful. We had room service...

Beautiful design + sophisticated ambience. Great staff, hassle free check-in check out, excellent English spoken (not a given in other hotels we've been in Tokyo), very effective concierge service, all ran smoothly. The room is airy, with a soothing design and relatively spacious (for Tokyo standards). Views are great. Ginza is our favourite neighbourhood in Tokyo, would definitely stay there...

First time to Tokyo and the first hotel we stayed in. Good location about 90 mins by car from Narita. Very close to Shimbashi and Tsukiji fish market. Well sized room and terrific views from our 32nd floor room. Overlooked Shimbashi station which is very busy but the noise didn't bother us. Good bathroom with all the extras. A/C works...

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
