I simply adored this hotel - clean, close to public transportation, taxis always present, many good restaurants at walking distance, great service and helpful staff, excellent bar at the top with great view of Tokyo. What more do you need? First time for me, but definitely not the last - I will use this hotel every time I am in... More

The friendly and efficient staff made a four night stay in the ANA Intercontinental Tokyo into a good visit. From check-in, to concierge, bars and restaurants all staff deserve 5 stars for all aspects of the service. The room was acceptable, although upon entering the accommodation for the first time there was a slightly unpleasant odour, as if the room... More

We stayed here in Mar '16 for 10 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are a good size and although a bit dated, they are very clean and well presented. Bathrooms (mainly shower) could possibly use an upgrade. The hotel seems to cater mainly to business guests and is laid out accordingly. From our perspective (we were... More

Stayed 5 nights in this hotel with my husband. Check in went smoothly. Received an upgrade to a Superior Room due to the Ambassador status. Beds are comfortable, bathroom adequate (with lovely shower). Wide choice of food during breakfast. We had dinner in the steakhouse one night. Lovely food, great service however slightly on the expensive side. There is indeed... More

Top quality service, very accommodating and made us feel welcome when we were halfway around the world. We had the included breakfast and enjoyed having a vast variety of both asian, fruit, pastry and salad options for every morning. They had my latte and hot chocolate for my husband. They even had crispy bacon which is rare outside the US.

Their club lounge on floor 35 is great for meetings. I didn't actually stay at the hotel, but I used their club lounge for a couple of days. Overall I'll say that their club lounge is way better than the overall outdated feeling of the rest of the hotel. Their complementary buffet breakfast has everything you need. The hotel itself... The service staff was great. Arrived on a Sunday night and needed help to get dinner. They have a nice one pager to point me to where and what food to go for. The room was nice and comfortable. Didnt get the chance to use the pool as it was during winter.

Beautiful hotel with efficient staff. Most clients they have are mostly business travellers so the ambience is quite and clean. Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
