Quite a standard room, but the thoughtfulness of HSKP makes a difference. The hotel does not provide complimentary water, but HSKP boils water for me each day when they service my room. Room was serviced well and yukata always placed on my bed for use. LOVED TH PILLOWS!!! Although the rooms are a little dated, but you can see there...

The ANA Intercontintental Hotel was a surprising confluence of huge hotel and extraordinary personal service. From the moment of our booking, the hotel's communications were terrific. An e-mail to the concierge resulted in a seamless airport transfer to the hotel. Stops at at the well staffed concierge desk inquiring about local restaurants, resulted in detailed handouts of a broad variety...

We have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and this hotel actually had my room prepared with the feather pillows and duvets replaced ahead of time. I was amazed! The room was clean and the staff helpful. The location is good. We were there with a tour group and they were very well organized. Karen

Very convenient location! Our room has 2 double beds , super clean and large enough for 3 adults. The metro entrance is just half a block away. We took the limousine bus ( 3100 yen one way per person) from Narita airport to be dropped off right at the hotel, no dragging luggage all over town. Excellent concierge service, excellent breakfast...

Spent there a week in April 2017. Very clean, good variety of food, very accommodating staff. Only thing to be aware is the line to get to breakfast in the morning - serving people to their table sometimes take long, so be prepared. Besides that no downside. Can perfectly fit business travel or families.

ANA Intercontinental hotel is based in a very central location. Comfortable rooms, good food - breakfast and other meals. Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
