This property is brilliantly located and has wonderful onsite facilitie. With a two star Michalen restaurant, a fantastic Teppanyaki restaurant and a champagne bar with views to die for, this is only the start. The entry level rooms are fine but when we returned to the hotel after skiing, we enjoyed a junior suite and this was divine. There is...

Great hotel for business and personal travel alike. Grand hotel with multiple top notch restaurants ranging from steakhouse to traditional Japanese cuisine. Small shops on the ground level incl. antiques, cigars, clothing, and delicacies. Few minutes walk to the subway as well as the Akasaka dining district. The top level Sky Bar offers perfect views of incredible Tokyo lights at...

Quick post-Christmas trip to Tokyo for some downtime. It was a good stay overall. My room was a Premiere King Room on the 31st floor with a view of the Tokyo Tower. Things I liked about my room/stay: -- the view of the Tokyo Tower was a plus and the hotel honored my preferences for rooms located on higher floors...

Note that this is at roppongi-ichome, though seemingly near to roppongi but their train lines are separate. Dated hotel and the rooms are telling though generally well kept, toilet shows signs of wear and tear but still clean. Was a comfortable stay. Do pay Pierre Gagnaire's bakery a visit, and the restaurant itself if you can get a booking! Their...

Stayed here for 1 night in January 2017. The hotel is very high standing. The rooms are very spacious (esp for Tokyo standards), comfortable, and have great views. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there is even a 2-star Michelin restaurant on the top floor. The bar of the hotel is just amazing with great cocktails, cigars, and sweeping views...

Like any decades old hotels in the CBD of a major city, this hotel had a great location and staff, but the rooms and facilities were small and dated--especially the bathroom. However, the proximity to Roppongi was a plus with lots of places to eat and visit. However, there were not very many places to eat in the immediate vicinity...

it's decent hotel itself, staff is friendly but cold. Typical Japanese style. They will apologize for any inconvenience you encounter but will do nothing to correct it. Extra charge for the pool?! Really?? No recolonization to plat members.

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
