If your idea of good hotel accommodation is luxurious space, then Sotetsu Fresa Inn may not be the place for you because the regular rooms are just enough for 1-2 people. Quite tight space when large luggages are on the floor. However, my family enjoyed our accommodation in late Dec 2015 for the following reasons: 1) Location: It is meters... More

We were looking for a hotel with convenience to a train station and great value. With this in mind, the "small" room is to be expected; we are in Tokyo, after all. The receptionist was very professional and check-in was very fast. The hotel is very clean. The toiletries were nice and the toilet seat was heated. This area is... More

This was the first time i stayed at this hotel. Comfortable inside but a bit confuse to found the location. We found after information from other customer who did see us on the street with the bag. The room was small but comfortable. Exit the hotel, turn right - could find indian's resto and beef resto. And very easy to... More

We took quite a while to find the hotel probably because we couldn't quite read the road signs (absolutely normal for tourist in Japan, me thinks). The nearest station is definitely Daimon (Oedo Line). Daimon station to the hotel would take about 5minutes. Hamamatsucho would take about 15minutes. Hotel room is very small, honestly but the cleanliness, pyjamas, toiletries, wifi,... More

Stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn in Jan 2015 with family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This was our first trip to Tokyo so we hit up trip advisor to get somewhere family friendly. We were in adjoining double rooms on the 7th floor with a small double bed in each room. Even though everyone says it, nothing... More

Room is Small,But Comfortable. Location is Good,Station near Here A Weak Point ,A Hotel Place is Incomprehensible.

We stayed here as a family of 4 from Australia (13 and 11 year old daughters) and we booked adjoining double rooms with small double beds. Firstly, it was really hard to find down a tiny little back street and was about a 10min walk from the train station. Once we took the walking route once, we were fine. Great... More

The location is great and convenient for us to travel around Tokyo. The size of the room is room as expected but it is clean and comfortable. Friendly and polite staff who speak English. Overall a good value of staying here. Will be back again for my next Tokyo trip.

We booked this hotel on a flight and hotel package and three nights ran us about 8000 yen per night. The room was typically small, but immaculate. It's a seven minute walk to Daimon subway and another two or three minutes to Hamamatsucho. The staff was friendly and courteous and spoke some English. Coffee and tea were free and available... We were stuck at the airport in Tokyo for 18 hours and decided that it was worth getting on the train and going into Tokyo and spending the night. I checked my smartphone and everything was super expensive or so cheap, I was concerned. This was $133 a night and included breakfast (I think), which we missed because we had... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
