I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The service is absolutely outstanding. Every staff member I dealt with was attentive, professional, courteous and made the stay an absolute pleasure. The hotel facilities are on par with the service. Rooms are a good size, with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Food was excellent - the breakfast is everything... More

Service is incredible at this hotel - this is my third stay so I am now familiar with their style. I honestly do not know how they train their staff to attain this level of consistent efficiency. They were virtually flawless for the 8 days of my stay. The Chief Concierge, Ms Tajima, thoroughly assisted me with my numerous requests... More

Before my stay at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, I already had extremely high expectations. The MO properties I have stayed at in New York, Las Vegas and Shanghai were all world class experiences that left me with great memories and the highest respect to the brand. Before carefully choosing my hotel in Tokyo, I found the MO to be the most... More

It is really the perfect hotel. Amazing service and attention to every single detail, made my stay at the Madarin simply perfect. I stayed there for 7 nights as part of a business trip which included Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul and Tokyo, everywhere in high level hotels, but in some point is not about having dozens of persons attending the guest,... Luxury all the way. My wife and I stayed in a corner suite on the 35th floor and loved it. Huge and well-appointed suite with 3 flat screen TVs - and every luxury. The property is about 8 years old and occupies the top 7 or 8 floors on an office building. One enters at ground level for a zippy... More

What can one say? It is the Mandarin Oriental in all it does. From the delightfully understated elegant lobby, to the sumptous rooms, to the myriad little touches, to the outstanding food, to the widest view in town. I could go on, but you have the idea!

Ok...there was no swimming pool. If I must name a negative thing about this hotel, this may be it. But we do not use the pool so it really does not matter at all. We stayed 4 nights in a Mandarin Grand Room. The room was spacious with a high ceiling. We could see Mt. Fuji on a clear day.... More

The best service a luxury hotel can give. Starting from arrival, the concierge at the door, the reception, the duty manager, the concierge, the waiters and chefs, the houskeeping all of them were very polite and corteous. The room view is amazing. The room is very spacious and can fit another king size bed. The toilet fitted with a bath a tv... More

The good - Excellent service throughout with staff speaking good English. - nicely done rooms with spectacular views. - great spa. - good choice of restaurants. - lobby well decorated. The less good - location (metro downstairs but a bit far) - a bit too corporate like. - breakfast buffet needs to be needed up.

We have just stayed in this MO during this weekends. I can't wait to write my review when I'm now in the Narita Airport Terminal 2 on my way to Hong Kong. We have been allocated to the room 3007 according to our reservation. Upon arrival in the morning, we were warmly greeted by the Concierge, front desk staff in... More
