The room was spacious and beautiful. Service was exceptional. The Pizza Bar was terrific. They also kindly prepared a humidifier when we requested. Breakfast was healthy and very tasty, too. Special thanks to Iris, who works at Spa. She was very kind, sociable and full of hospitality. She kindly explained the details of SPA and answered every question we asked. She is the reason why we became the Fan of MO Tokyo!

We went to the cake shop and was completely amassed with the quality of the cakes and also the professionalism of the staff. There was a line outside waiting for their famed kumo cake and we got to try one too and it was unbelievable. We recommend this as probably the best cake shop in Tokyo.

We had a great staycation with at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo! I have stayed at Mandarin before and this time was with a 8 month old baby. When we got to the room, there was really cute teepee set up and the little one LOVED playing inside. There were number of amenities set up and it made the stay really inconvenient. I was always happy with the service at Mandarin and had another great stay!
