Rooms are spacious, elegant, and high tech. And the views from our floor to ceiling window were a high point. The facilities are excellent in a superb location and impeccable service. It's nestled in a quiet area with many traditional shops restaurants and lots of shopping; close to tokyo station which made it convenient to go places. Service, as expected... More

Excellent facilities, superb location and impeccable service. The entire staff made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For example, we wanted to have lunch at a local restaurant nearby and since we did not speak Japanese, Maria at the front desk personally took us to the restauranr and ordered for us in... More

It's a wonderful hotel under every aspect. The service level is unbelievable. The staff is always present and they are so caring that you end up surprise every time by the level of kindness they have. The hotel structure is also amazing. This is possibly the best hotel we ever stayed at! We had a long flight from India and a decent ride to hotel in their chauffeur driven car, from the moment we arrived in hotel, we were surrounded by sincere and welcoming warmth,we did not expect the level of service that was beyond anything we have ever experienced in any... The Mandarin Oriental Tokyo did not disappoint. I spent a week at the hotel in August and was made to feel like I was a very special guest.. The level of service, attention to detail, and professionalism was spectacular. The concierge staff answered every question I had with detail and made many reservations for me during my stay. They were... More

We arrived at the hotel around lunch, four hours early for our reservation. For those unfamiliar with Japan, it's all about punctuality. They were extremely apologetic about the room not being ready when we got there which was our fault for getting there so early in the first place. And were also extremely apologetic when it turned out there were... More

Perfect stay in Tokyo. Service was without fault. I will definitely return. Great location near the Financial district and for getting to tourist sites. My only suggestion would be to make a bigger fitness center with room for more weight machines - the basics are covered and there are free weights but limited.
