Travelers: Family of 3 (2.5 year old) Room Selected: Room 915 - Deluxe Queen Room Check-in: We requested an early check-in time in advance of our reservation, understanding it could not be guaranteed. Unfortunately, we arrived later than expected at the standard check-in time of 2:00pm. Not only was our room not available at the standard check-in time, but we... More

typical hotel rooms in Japan are really small. Even the bathrooms. Their bathrooms are elevated, so if you're with an elderly or someone on a wheelchair-this would not be an ideal hotel for them. Before booking with this hotel, we requested for a wheelchair accessible room. And even when we checked in, the hotel staff probably noticed we had an... More

I usually stay in Accor hotels as we have Platinum Membership. We got the usual Mercure attire, along with snacks, a bottle of wine, 4 bottles of water and a premium apple juice from France. That aside, the hotel was a little bit older. I didn't like how there weren't any power plugs near the bed (I like to have... More

Central location, very friendly and helpful staff. Eat in the Restaurant and although a very limited menu we were pleasantly surprised with the good food, and using our Accor 50% off dining, it proved a bargain for us.

The location in Ginza is very good: One can reach the hotel conveniently by public transportation, and there are many beautiful shops as well as cafes around. So it is perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast: The breakfast manager made an extra-ordinary effort to accommodate my gluten-free diet. So I believe that people with allergies are in good hands at... More

Location is great. Just a 2 minute walk to the metro. Staff is extremely attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Tokyo. The shuttle bus to the airport was kind enough to wait a few minutes for us, even though it was an inconvenience for them. The checkout person knew we were... More

Small room which is expected in Japan, but old and dirty which is very disappointing (scratches on walls, stains on bathroom floor, dust on bed lamps, even hairs on bed...). Do not recommend, go somewhere else closeby if you can like the Daiwa Roynet Ginza which is brand new and clean...

Excellent and really nice crew. This hotel is well placed close to subway or to the strategic Yamanote JR line. Room is fine bigger than in a Japanese hotel. Hotel is really quiet. I really recommend it.

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
