Aging hotel , small and cramped , staff are polite , but by Japanese standards of fabulous helpfulness , they leave at lot to be desired , location is as described but lots of better hotels available for the same price .

I would buy it when you get to the train station after landing. I was not aware if you could purchase at the hotel.

Fairly certain the annex rooms are in a building behind the main building. I assume the windows don't look out into the foyer purely because Japan is a country that respects privacy. I hope you enjoy your trip.
