Stayed 4 nights for business nearby. This is situated at commercial area 1 minutes from Hatchobori Station Hibiya line, 10mins direct bus to Tokyo station and Ariake/Tokyo Big Sight. %mins taxi to TCAT and 30mins to Haneda. Surrounding with 24 hours mini -market, convenient stores and restaurants. Rooms are large in Tokyo's Japan business hotel standard, my twin bedroom is...

Stayed here as part of a tour. While I probably would not have selected it myself, it was extremely clean, modern, and close to the subway and Ginza area. The front desk staff is excellent, very pleasant and helpful. I left something important behind in the room safe and they mailed it to me at my next location, at no...

A good location located near a few subway stops. Not much selection of restaurants within walking distance but the few that were nearby were very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally booked my flight out of Haneda airport way too early when the subway trains were not in operation. The staff went above and beyond in getting me...

A good place for our family stay. After staying in several guesthouses - lovely, but where noise and mess had to be very strictly controlled - this hotel was a nice change of scenery - a spacious hotel room where our kids could have pillow fights and let out some steam. Also very handy was the park with play equipment...

Friendly staff. Clean and compact room Basically, small room with 3 large single beds. We were one hour earlier before check-in time and allowed to leave our luggage at the lobby. When we returned later, our luggage were already brought to our room. Pleasant place to stay.

Stayed for 5 nights in early July. The hotel is located in close proximity of metro station. Two mini markets open 24hrs and are located opposite to the hotel. Rooms are quite big compared with other Japanese standard hotels. The Bed size is very comfortable for 1A and 1C. We stayed in twin bed rooms which accomodates 2A and 2C....

Pleasant hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Location suited us perfectly being in a fairly quiet spot, just 30 seconds from a subway station and 15 mins walk from Tokyo's main railway station. There's no hotel restaurant. There is a restaurant next door but we didn't use it having seen poor reviews of it. However about a third of the walk...

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Sardonyx Chuo for five nights in April 2016 and thought that it was a decent 3 star hotel with some serious positives and only one drawback. The staff at the hotel were lovely. We were greeted upon arrival and were checked into our room quickly and without any fuss. I've stayed at...

Although the rooms are smallish by US standards, the location is convenient. You can enjoy diverse restaurants, cafes, and walking along the river. Our room had a great view of both water and a small shrine. It's definitely not glitzy, but is good value, location and comfortable. As I was part of a group tour, I didn't select this hotel,...

Stayed here for three nights, our first stay inJapan. It's a mile walk from Tokyo station so not too bad and straight down a main road from the Yeasu central exit so easy to find. We were welcomed by an English speaking reception and they stored our luggage before taking it to the room when it was ready. Room was...

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic.
