The hotel is within walking distance to both Tokyo and Nihombashi station, if you know the area. The location is fantastic, with endless dining/drinking options steps away. I found the staff incredibly attentive and helpful, especially as the rules from the growing pandemic were being enforced. My room was bigger than others I'd had in Tokyo, and was also super clean with a deep bathtub too. The breakfast was buffet style with many different choices, though I would recommend getting up early to avoid the mad rush. I hope to return here in the future.

Dear LukeUK_12 Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that. Your feedback motivated us a lot. The location is accessible to somewhere nearby especially the center part of Tokyo such as Shibuya, Shinjuku and etc. Regarding room, our rooms are relatively bigger than others in Tokyo. We are very glad to know that you could relax very much. We all very much look forward to welcoming you back to enjoy another Nishitetsu Inn Nihombashi experience some time soon. Kindest regards, Yuto Horiuchi Front desk at The Nishitetsu Inn Nihonbashi

I chose this hotel because it had bigger rooms than the norm in Japan and I was not disappointed. The hotel is a 20min walk from Tokyo station and is in the business area. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good Japanese and European choice. There are some restaurants around the hotel but there are a lot more in the stores in the shopping street two main roads away. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

I stayed here for 2 nights in early April. The room/bathroom were typically small but also, typically, perfectly fine. An in-room fridge is provided but the microwave is shared between other rooms on the floor (perhaps other floors too). Something I had not seen before was a "Handy" smartphone provided in-room. I didn't use it but it seemed like it would be a great help while travelling locally if you had no phone of your own. The entrance and lobby is very welcoming and staff spoke good English. Location is good ... on the main street within 5 mins. walk of Ningyocho Metro Station which connects with Ueno Station (Hibaya Line). A 7-11 is on the adjacent block.

Because rooms are very small for two people, it was given to us semi double which looks like size single bed. I stayed in Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Takayama and also in Tokyo other hotel. But this one is incredibly small. Stay away from this hotel, do not bother booking.
