The worst about this hotel is the attitude of service staffs. From the staff at check-in counter to breakfast restaurant. And on the hardware side, the room was so poorly maintained, worn out furniture and smoke smelling room. I know that there are differences for the price you pay. But people and attitude are the core of a company culture... More

I have stayed at the Harumi Grand several times and gravitate back to it because of it's big rooms, reliable wife connections, and location. This is an older hotel, and it's probably closest to a European style hotel - for example, you leave the key with the front desk every time you leave the hotel. That said, particularly for the... The place is in central Tokyo but bit far away from the station. Might be good if you need some place to pass few nights. The room was spacious but too old and looks dirty. The room smells so bad. Not much recommended

I had training in this hotel for 3 days. The meeting room was small but clean and pretty well organized. The room is pretty big and also clean. Since the training session also held in the hotel, I had everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The menus are vary and mostly very tasty, I enjoy every meal I had 👍👍... More

This is a reasonable hotel, nothing fancy, but courteous staff and comfortable rooms. There's a convenience store across the road and a shopping centre nearby. An early morning walk takes you to the famous fish market and auction. Breakfast provides a variety of dishes, mainly asian.

My booking was last minute and done by my Japanese wife. For the price I cannot complain. I won't complain either about location for the time I stayed because they had a shuttle bus direct to Tokyo Big Sight which was hosting an event we were attending. But for a tourist wanting to see Tokyo (particularly if you have never... More

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago.
