Conveniently next to Tokyo station (although finding the door next to Marunouchi South exit can be challenge), which doesn’t seem as large as some other stations but has a lot of conveniences and provides easy access to other parts of the city. The hotel is somewhat opulent but doesn't really wow you and doesn't make great use of its historical... More

The lobby is stunning, and the rooms too, with a colonial design, wonderful decorum and a real attention to interior design detail. The bathroom is rich with its Italian faucet and British soaps and shampoo, with marble top sink and bath tub. A single drawback is that noise from toilet can be heard in bedroom, due to non-heavy wood doors.... More

That is a great hotel when you travel in Tokyo, just next to the TOKYO Station and easy to connect with different location around in Japan (The biggest station in Tokyo). Have a great restaurant and with the underground shopping mall as well. If you feel tired, you can try to enjoy their spring with their hot bath facilities, that... More

Great to stay in if you need easy access to the station (e.g. arriving late, leaving early), but we found it rather impersonal compared with other hotels we have stayed in, probably because there are multiple ways to access the hotel and there are a lot of people using the bar/lounge etc who are not residents. We did like our... More

We stayed here for one night upon our arrival in Japan and will be returning for a few nights at the end of our trip. We had a King room which was nicely appointed and spacious. This hotel has it all and does everything first rate: It's immaculately clean, offers every amenity and comfort, and a has helpful, efficient staff.... More

An exquisite hotel and incredibly luxurious! A true five star experience although I felt the staff were a tad uppity and that has impacted my score. At some points it felt as though they were surprised we were guests of the hotel, perhaps thinking we had come in from the street and gotten lost! That aside, the hotel is exceptionally... More

We chose this hotel mostly because of its location - obviously making it easy to get to and from, and with many attractions nearby. This was perfect as we only had a couple of days in Tokyo on our schedule. The room was superb and quite roomy for the two of us (a maisonette with an upstairs bedroom and downstairs... More

It is hard to find fault with The Tokyo Station Hotel. It truly is a luxury oasis in the middle of Tokyo. From the moment we first arrived and being shown our room, to when we left 3 days later, we were very well looked after. The staff were particularly attentive and their English was very good. The buffet breakfast... More

I had such a nice time at this centrally located hotel. You could not ask for a better location. The employees are the most kind and respectful. I went to Tokyo for my Honeymoon. When i arrived at my room, there was a fruit basket and card acknowledging my honeymoon. They also took a picture of the both of us... More

What a wonderful place to be situated! We had eight nights here, with Tokyo station right outside the adjoining door. We did a lot of train travel, and the tour pickups were just down the street too. We had so many choices for meals, right on our doorstep. The hotel itself was delightful - the room was a little small... More
