Place is near the center of Tagbilaran, and several tricycles ply the route, making it accessible going around. There are several restaurants around, and it's near the seafood market. The lady at the reception said they have rooms which have cooking areas, but there were only 2 of us, so we didn't bother to buy and cook. Matig-a can be...

We stayed last week for 4 nights. The staff is very friendly. Our room was facing the sea and no traffic noise. Just 5 minutes walk to downtown. Clean room, a/c, cable tv, big wardrobe. Our bathroom did not have a mirror, but had a full body mirror behind the main door and second one on the bedroom wall. Fast...

Great location. From Tagbilaran Pier to Matig-A, it takes about 10 mins by tricycle with a 50 peso cost, plus a 5 mins walk to downtown, where the landmark church across from a lively park, cafe, supermarket, food stands, banks gather. To my surprise, the high-recommended filipino resto Payag just ahead of Matig-A by a 2 mins walk, while Gerarda's...

We had a very splendid 3 nights here, the owner was kind and helpfull. We could leave our big backpack when we spent a night outside of the town. The water preassure is poor, but has warm water, a/c and free wifi, see view on a moderate price. I csn recommend this HTL to everyone

A strategic place where you can go to church before you go for a stroll.Walking distance from the center of a busy street.I would say its a very good place for us who value simplicity and cleanliness. The place is in between the 2 connecting roads to Panglao Island.Thumbs up to the attendants very courteous smiling.I would have rate 5 if...

Some of the glowing reviews here might lead you to believe that this is a 5 star hotel but it is not. It is budget accommodation that is fairly tired with small rooms, old, cheap furniture, portable CRT tvs, noisy a/c, hard beds and tiny bathrooms where the shower head is almost directly above the toilet. However, the sea views...

Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. I will come again. 100 % worth the money. OUR FIRST Room was amazing. Our second room was a little smelly but its cheap and we are used to worse things so it doesnt matter :)

Really friendly service, and helpful for information around the city and getting to Alona beach. Air con was good and the beds comfortable, and had hot water. The room had a balcony facing the water which was nice. Would recommend this place.

I love this place!!! When I travel, I am very particular about the beds, comfort rooms and reasonable rates. This pension house definitely met and exceeded my standards. We stayed here for 2 nights before we moved to another resort in Panglao that's nearer the beach. It's advisable to stay here if you have plans of visiting the tourist spots...
