So I had stayed here more than 10 yrs ago because during my trip my father fell ill and had to go to the local hospital. Since I was just with my cousins we ran around Tarma looking for a hotel. Back then it was totally different from now. Beautiful nonetheless. For over 10 years I have searched online for this hotel. Again I went to Tarma in Jan 2016 and ran through all of Tarma looking for this hotel and finally found it. I had asked police officers, locals, and cab drivers and I was so happy I found it. I made friends with the older woman at the front desk who was super sweet. I enjoyed every single minute there and they had free wifi and offered tea in the morning. I truly love the architecture and old rustic beauty of this hotel. I cant wait to come back next time I am in Tarma. An amazing hotel!! and yes they have hot water. More

So, i arrived to Tarma and i had no options until i found this place. Is not a backpackers place.. but the price is affordable. The receptionist is always able to help you. Also they give you a lot of blankets. Tarma gets really cold at night.
Is well located. El Dorado is two blocks from the coliseum and two blocks from the market too, where you can have breakfast for less than 5 soles!
