I see many people have enjoyed this place and it has a great location and I do not want to be a killjoy. However sometimes you judge according to price and as we were desperate to stay in Bahia Inglesa we paid nearly £100! So much more than in other places. More than twice what we usually paid. If we... First, the positives: - great location, backing on to the beach (you can walk into town along the beach but it isn't lit at night) - pleasant communal outdoor seating and kitchen area - our room seemed clean and pretty modern (if you didn't look too closely). Some rooms have balcony and sea views. But, there were a number of... More

This guesthouse is terrific. On passing through Bahia Inglesa we checked it out and booked 2 nights for later in our trip. We would happily have stayed for a week. Flavio is a gem; he greeted us like long lost friends when we returned to stay, offered us a choice of rooms and then opened a bottle of champagne -... More

Such a nice stay in this beautiful little hotel! Picturesque location right on the beach. Beautiful clean room with ocean views. The owners were amazing and actually ended up saving our trip through Chile because we almost missed our bus to San Pedro. They organised to have us driven to the terminal because no taxis were running and then checked... More

Very expensive for what it is One of the rarest hotels who made us pay the 19% tax that usually tourists do not pay After the first day the breakfats bread ( that u prepare on your oen ) was uneatable First day we had a terrible room Than they changed it for a little better one Towels had holes... If you're expecting really fancy you won't get it here. But if you want to chill laid back hippie kind of atmosphere this is your place. I came for one night but then after walking on the beach I decided to stay for 3 nights. They have a very casual little kitchen that you can use and a chill space... More

Spent two night here in a sea facing double room. The place is gorgeous - the outside communal space is beautiful and filled with character and has amazing views. Thank goodness this place is at the quiet end of the beach. I would have hated to be near the tacky, noisy bars at the other end. We loved the outside... More

We spent 3 nights in this gorgeous place and were so glad we avoided the bigger hotels and poky, hot-box cabanas in this tiny village. The big hotels look ugly and out of place, in comparison to the Hospedaje Nautel. Fabio, who, it has to be said is a fairly kooky guy with a strong personality, is the live-in manager... More

Great place! Great people! Fabio is your guy there. He'll do anything to make you feel at home. The place is CLEAN. The outdoor space is well-kept: the flowers, the food... everything. You may feel the breakfast arrangement is something weird, but you'll love it in the end. Trust my word! If you go with kids, they'll spend their time... More

Stayed one night, comfortable bed, room dirty, towels ratty, no shampoo or tissues in room. It is really bed and breakfast but you have to make your own. Fabio is very friendly and helpful, but you should pass unless you like camping.
