I have had a few treatments at Lifehouse, all of which I have thoroughly enjoyed but after a particularly stressful few weeks, I thought I would try the Soul \soother with resident therapist, Maria. I am not the most patient of clients as I find it quite difficult to relax and just enjoy the treatments but this was certainly not...

Checked in Saturday afternoon for one night. Room was perfect although I didn't find the hair dryer that was apparently in a drawer under the tv! Me and my partner both had a massage treatment which was lovely. Pool and spa area never too busy...so chilled out. Three course dinner was all delicious and table service was great! Really helpful...

Amazing hotel and spa. No where in the UK has ever beaten a massage from abroad... although this place was something spectacular. Tranquility, relaxing and friendly retreat. Food, drink and facilities were 5*. However I do feel this place was quite expensive as well as food and drink being very expensive. But it was for a special occasion and this...

Very disappointing and not the ideal place for a tranquil spa retreat. This place is clearly oversubscribed for the sake of cramming everyone in to make the most money, the spa facilities were far too crowded, with three of us having to share a sun lounger and a queue up for the showers. Also had to wait to get in...

Stayed here for one night 27th Nov, booked this for my best friends birthday as she's never stayed/been to a spa before. Found a good deal on secret escapes, nights stay with breakfast, 2course meal and 25min massage. Arrived on the Sunday about 1pm couldn't check in or use facilitys so went straight to spa reception area to find out...

Dear Laura W, I am really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. Please be assured we will be addressing your points with the Heads of Department to establish what the issue was and how they will address. We had a lovely room overlooking the gardens. Friendly, helpful staff and great food. The breakfast choices were exceptionally good. Great facilities in a relaxing environment. We will definitely return for another visit soon. Excellent value.

I loved staying here, the food is to die for, it's amazing, everything is done to the highest specification, the massages are amazing, the spa faculties are great, the bedrooms are very business like, the landscape is beautiful. I cannot emphasis enough how lovely our stay was there. Only critic: we had to check in at 3.

From arrival on Wednesday to departure Thursday afternoon the staff could not have been more accommodating. We were in a twin room on the 1st floor and it was very comfortable. We used our voucher for a free glass of Prosecco at the bar before our massage treatments so felt nicely relaxed when we went in. I had the Mindful...

Very modern spa situated within some lovely gardens, summer would be lovely time to come. Room and treatments were good but several points let the place down. The service in the Restaurant was erratic, the tables were to close together and my choice of meal was very disappointing. Treatment times were changed without telling us and the bill on departure...

I think this was my 4th or 5th visit. This time for a relaxing girlie weekend. The hotel, especially the grounds are soo beautiful especially in the autumn. Staff was lovely as always. There is noticeable wear n tear, the place looked quite tired this time which is sad. However they are planning a major investment & update - great...
