We stayed in the converted stables, which has a large kitchen/living area and two twin bedrooms, both ensuite. Comfortable and well equiped. The only failing was that the beds and floors are creaky, which some people might not like. The triple shutters, aircon AND fans means that this building can deal with the heat of Summer. I stayed at Son Vivot for almost a week and I would certainly recommend this cottage to those who are looking for a lovely and quiet place in Mallorca. The landlords are friendly and welcoming and you only ear birds, cicadas, ewes... The cottage is 30 minutes away from Porto Pollenca. The rooms and bathrooms are different one to another...

Lovely place with character – the pictures don’t do this beautiful finca justice! Just loved to listen to the goats' bells while falling asleep – really relaxing! Owners were very friendly and caring. We had an excellent time!

The setting is so peaceful and it was lovely to be woken by the sheep bells in a morning. The hosts are wonderful, Luisa makes the best scrambled egg (breakfast is lovely on the terrace and is different...

The owners were great...and so proud of their wine cellar-turned-disco ball dance room in the bottom of this charming chateau (the rest was very classic and charming Mallorcan...

Vincente, Luisa and Blanca were amazing hosts - we loved getting to know them and they made us feel so welcome. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend and...

Wonderful place - so full of history and character. Wonderful hosts - Vincente and Luisa. They took such good care of us. Great breakfast. We felt so welcome and so at home. The house was in the family since 1612 and it's been lovingly maintained. The host were very accommodating- they even gave us a free upgrade. I loved waking...
