The building is gorgeous and the entrance and common areas are all very nicely presented. The rooms are modern clean and well presented we had a big spacious room with wrap around balcony and a very large comfortable bed. The hotel is well located for Durango and surrounding areas. The receptionists were lovely and helpful in suggesting where to eat...

We booked with the Hotel direct, received a quick email response and paid 93.50E for a double standard room. As we booked 7 days in advance the price reflected a 15% discount. The price did not include breakfast which was from memory 12E each per person. We prefer not to have breakfast, the cost would have been 24E compared to...

I stayed here for a few days while working in a nearby town. It's a beautiful hotel; you won't find a nicer one in Durango. Breakfast is what you'd expect from a European hotel. Dinner is quite expensive, so I usually ate at one of the many restaurants in town. The staff here are great and most speak English. My...

Opted to stay in a hotel close to Asador Etxebarri for our visit to Basque country. Rather than go to Bilbao we chose Durango. The town is beautiful with small cobbled streets full of shops and cafes. The hotel is 3 mins walk from the main square and church. Very nice and romantic, rooms comfortable.

I had a great one night stay in this hotel. From the outside it certainly does look grand. Room was very good, comfortable bed. Staff were also very good. It has a car park, which is also a bonus. The town of Durango is pretty cool, lots of cobbled streets and bars and cafes. One thing to bear in mind...
