I love those hotels, rustic, old, squeaking wooden floors. These hotels have character something that is missing with the newer hotels. My room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it was big, with a big wooden desk, very comfortable couch, bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was in a small room, the owner greets you by your name and all...

The room was immaculate, with a large television and space to sit and enjoy in addition to the main sleeping area. Breakfast was first-rate, with a broad choice...

I've stayed at the Rheinischer Hof on two separate business trips now, and enjoyed my stay each time. The rooms are all unique in some fashion, which can be a fun surprise. The beds are comfortable, the hotel kept clean, and the service excellent. The breakfast buffet is first-rate. The location is also excellent, a short walk from both the...

It is difficult to get a true impression of a place when you stay only one night. You arrice late, and get up early to go to work, so it is little more that a bed for the night. That said, first impressions count. This hotel is clean, friendly and good value for money. My room was large,, although the...
