Bula and thank you for visiting the Naqalia Lodge family and thank you also for taking the time to write a beautifully worded review. We are glad you went back with memories of the way we live our lives on the islands compared to what you have in the bigger cities. We will be looking into a few things that you had mentioned with regards to renovation etc. Thank you once again for visiting the Naqalia Lodge family and hope to see you again

I stayed here for 5 days and could of happily stayed longer. We spent the first 5 days at a 5 star resort and our last 5 at Naqalia Lodge. I cannot recommend this place enough, like others have said, you don't go to Fiji to stay in a place that could essentially be anywhere in

Naqalia Lodge is a small, community run resort led by the fantastic Mary. Staying here is a real experience, that you are unable to find in the larger resorts. You are welcomed into what feels more like a large family, with communal meals and impromptu activities like picnics

Bula and thank you for visiting the Naqalia Lodge family. Naqalia Lodge is not a luxurious Resort. Facilities are basic with NO HOT WATER or AIR CON Thank you for your understanding. As one of the guests had said "you leave America to visit Fiji. You did not leave America to visit another America" and that is what Naqalia Lodge is. To experience Fiji, it's people, the food we eat and the way we live. Thank you so much for the wonderful comment
