Our room was a cosy double with en-suite. THe bathroom was nicely decorated with a lovely shower, toiletries and large towels and quite warm as it was probably the warmest days we have had this year! Plenty of choice of teas, coffee and even squash sachets plus a bottle of water. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice from fresh... More

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us Carole, pleased to see your 5 star rating. Regarding the external stairs to the twin room, these are traditional "stone" steps which have been in place from when the premises was a blacksmiths shop going back hundreds of years. They are perfectly safe with a sturdy & very secure steel... More

This B & B was off of the main road so quite peaceful. We spent 5 nights in the twin room. This was clean and comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels in the bathroom. A hospitality tray held a selection of teas & coffee, along with biscuits, this was replenished daily. We had heard how good the breakfasts were and we... More

Tea/Coffee making facilities were very nice, also toiletries in the bathroom were very good quality. Bathroom was very modern (must have been redecorated a while ago), with big open’able window... Stayed in their twin room 9-10 April 2016. B&B easy to find. Very warm and friendly welcome. Room cosy with lovely views over the village green. Millie is a lovely lady who runs a superb little B&B. Breakfast is a lovely full English with choices of cereals and fruit etc. Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived at Hazels Roost on bank holiday monday, during the easter break. After a long drive from wales we were warmly greeted by Millie, and her lovely cat Chelsea, who soon became our new furry friend. Our twin room was up the steps & separate from the main house. It was a real home from home, really warm &... More

Milly was so welcoming, this was a great break. The beds are comfy, the facilities are just great, the location perfect and the breakfast excellent. But what makes this place great is milly. She was lovely, friendly, helpful, knowledgable and flexible. From late breakfast to treats for the dog, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks milly, for a... More
