I got my room and my first instinct was to look on the bed. I noticed that it wasn't changed and there was a giant yellow spot in the middle so I smelled the sheets and it reeked of pee. I told my husband to get the manager and all the man said was "what do you want me to do about it!?" Like really. He was very rude and refused to give us our money back so we stayed in a different room that had a disgusting shower. I just left. Never go here. They don't even change the sheets. I'm just appalled at the uncleanliness and rudeness.

We arrived at roughly 11pm unloaded our bags then went to find dinner. When we returned we noticed there were bugs in the floor which wasn't vacuumed, and in the beds which had spots and hair in them. The ice tray had what looked like pizza sauce and cheese on it and the trash had molded food and dirty baby diapers in the trash. They tried to charge us extra when we arrived even though we prepaid then when we asked for a refund the owner was rude and told us tough we weren't getting anything from him. He came up to our vehicle yelling as we pulled out like a crazy person. So drove in the wrong direction, but ended up staying in a much nicer hotel much cheaper than this dump. Always pay with credit card so when this happens you can get your money back and If I could upload

Whoever rated this dump 3 stars has to be related to the owner! First room, was a KIng bed non-smoking, mold on the walls (where the paint wasn't falling off the walls). We complained, they gave us a second room, only 1 light worked, the others had to be plugged in the wall to work. Third room, dead bugs on the floor. They would NOT give us a refund and we were 1500 miles from home and didn't have the budget to lose $172. We're in Tahlequah on business so we had to stay. We got this room through booking.com. You might want to avoid both.

We booked a double as it was close to the lake and the small town with great access to the highway. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay for 2 days there. The rooms had new LED TV's and the breakfast room was large and well equipped. The room was clean and beds were comfortable with clean sheets and towels. It seems like the staff is constantly trying to improve things and add new common areas to relax and enjoy. Great stay for the price we paid. Look forward to visit again.

On first view, the property is dated and badly need of a paint job on the outside. Set back slightly off the highway in a wooded area, its very accessible to the main drag and easy enough to find. Checking in was pleasant enough and the management was very accommodating and pleasant and helpful. The room of course is nothing to write home about but was simple and had everything needed for the average person who is spending the night. The furniture was old and dated but seemed to be clean enough. The water was hot and the place was quiet and the wifi worked great. They had cable television which worked just fine. As for the beds, they were not hard but not as soft as I would have liked. I would suggest bringing your own sheets and covers for the bed however. I never

This is an aged property, shows wear and tear.Charges prices fit for better properties. Owner/manager is friendly, accommodating. Room appeared clean. Bed was firm, furniture worn, bath had too sinks, tub with cling-to-you shower curtain. Microwave, coffee maker, fridge (ice shelf completely encrusted with ice layer, could not fit a bottle in it), also dining table with two chairs. A/C works well. Small old-fashioned CRT TV - I was looking for the hand crank. Continental breakfast is from a very small continent. Small pool is clean and made for a refreshing evening splash. Located at south-end of Talequah, quiet, removed from traffic on thoroughfare. It's not all bad, but not all good either.

There was hair in the sheets when I pulled back the blankets, dead spiders and bugs on the floor, stained carpets, bad smell, flies, stained pillow cases, bug guts smeared on the wall, gross floors, and the coffee pot was set up on the counter literally right next to the toilet. Plus all of the drunk people right when you walk outside your room door. And the loud stomping above your head. This place was HORRIBLE. The type of motel that features in horror movies. Never coming back again.

While it may look rustic at first site, this hotel is much more than it appears. The staff is very friendly and kind. We had a package delivered while we were away and the staff was nice enough to bring it to us after hours. All of our needs were met. The rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely a value. While it may not be ideal for those who wish to be waited on hand and foot it offers a homey type of feeling. In the end, we opted to stay several extra days because it truly does feel like your home away from home.

Just stayed at this awful place I'm just a normal not fancy women. This place was the worsted I had ever seen. First they should be turned in to the health department. When we went into the room it was so filthy I was shocked. I sat down on one of the beds and someone had pee on the bed and it had just happen. I was so sick to my stomach. Called the manager and she came up and did not show one bet of interested in this matter. I ask her about a refund she said no, and didn't even change our room. The rouches were so bad had the lights on all night. The floor hadn't been cleaned for ever, if any. The bathroom would of made you sick, it was a health hazard for sure. Nothing had been cleaned in this place was just awful. I have never in my life had such a terrible experience. I am
