The Best!!!!

Best hotel ever…. Perfect for families. The staff is amazing also the restaurant and rooms. Highly recommended. The pedagogical activities are very good for children and also for adults. Location is very good and has a very good access coming from different places and airports.

Best experience~

The best hotel/resort I have been to. Service is personalized from check-in to checkout. Their check-ins are outdoors. There is no wait-time like the other hotels, in a tedious reception with all the fuss during their check-ins. They offer you a personalized key card with your family name for you to take home as a souvenir. They offer you a tent or a small bed for your kids, which ever you prefer. For those who like their rooms clean and organized, it seems like the housekeeper comes around twice a day to clean your room to provide clean towels, empty out our trash and to make your bed. While you are out having dinner, they give a personal touch with sweet notes twice a day with ferrero rocher chocolate on your bedside as a surprise gift. I’ve been to many five star hotels and resorts numerous times and there has been many incidents where your room hasn’t been cleaned even after long hours. Carroção Hotel, with its exclusiveness, you can truly enjoy your stay. The area is huge compared to the number of guests. The activities are both educational and fun at the same time. I would suggest that your kid be at least 5 years old to really enjoy all the activities. The staff are super friendly, and I feel like all staff members really enjoy working there. One staff really stood out (Pastel/ Gabriel), he went above and beyond at every moment to accommodate the guest comfortably. Although, the food was delicious, I felt like they needed more restaurants or variety of menus because you need at least 3 nights to enjoy and after a while, you can start to get tired of it. Overall, the experience was the best of the best. I will definitely go more times and consider sending my son during their vacation camp program.…

First visit of many!

My oldest son and my daughter had been there when it was not a hotel yet, but a camp. Because of Covid-19 Carroção they had to be creative and so I got to finally be a guest! My youngest son, who is on the autism spectrum came with us and also his teacher, who is part of the family to us! We enjoyed all the adventures, the swimming pool, the great food and then when we got back to the room each night there was always a sweet note and also some chocolates waiting for us on each bed! I strongly recommend it for families with children from newborn to young adults, as well as for couples.
