We stayed overnight at The Leagate Inn last week but due to a senior moment I managed to leave the suitcase behind. It wasn't until I got back to the West Midlands that I realised what I had done. I rang straight away and the member of staff I spoke to reassured me that they would put it safely away in a safe place until I could collect. This was a good excuse to go back yesterday lunch time to collect. Unable to stay over night on this occasion but did enjoy a lunchtime meal. Staff team are lovely , the food is delish and hearty. A lovely stay and highly recommended if you are in the area

Absolutely brilliant Sunday lunch at the Leagate Inn belatedly celebrating my birthday. The best roast beef I’ve had in ages and oh my word the biscoff cheesecake is divine. Perfect service, lovely friendly staff and top rate food at reasonable prices. Can’t ask for more than that!
We booked for the Tuesday “Pie night” we ladies shared a Christmas pie (turkey, stuffing, pigs in blankets ,sprouts cranberry & gravy) which was with mash or chunky chips,& 3 veg. The men had a “ moo & blue .The pastry was lovely,in fact everything was amazing! Will definitely be back
Sunday lunch at the Leagate Inn for the family whilst staying on Tattershal park, food fresh and well presented, busy place need to book in advance.Booked in November as we new it would be busy in December. Looks a bit run down from the outside, but inside you have a mixture of old style country pub and modern restaurant.
