excellent and very quiet hotel, the lady in the morning was very kind
you eat very well, excellent breakfast.
very good for quality/price. Very kind, they let us put the motorbikes in the garage for the four nights without asking us for the price difference.
the sauna and swimming pool with hydromassage included in the price. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended we will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel
Clean rooms
And the breakfast buffet is great.
There was lovely and tasty food except for the Alpine cheese which ruined the smell of the buffet. But we tried it too, unfortunately it didn't taste good and my wife and I had stomach ache the whole time.
But otherwise everything was fine and good.

Hotel 2 minutes by car from the center of Terento. Perfect as a departure for all the towns of the Pusteria Valley. Outside there is a small stable with 2 very nice donkeys and a playground for children. Hotel with welcoming and very warm rooms. Everything clean and tidy. If I have to make a note on the rooms, only 2 pillows and 2 extra towels are missing, otherwise everything is ok. Breakfast and dinner are served on the ground floor. For breakfast there is a nice savory and sweet buffet as well as yogurt and fruit. For dinner there is a salad buffet from 6.30pm and then continues with 4 courses at the table which you can choose from day to day. Dinner is a little long... lasts from 6.30pm to 9pm, but the service is excellent. The pool is very large (you can swim) and there is also a hydromassage and sauna, perfect after skiing
I thank all the staff. We'll be back. Nicole and Alberto

Deplorable and petty habit of the owner, not very welcoming and not very friendly, of demanding drinks at the end of the dinner, blocking anyone who doesn't provide it at the door (instead of a 4 euro bottle of spring water). Dinner of simple even good dishes that incomprehensibly are consumed for over two hours every evening🙄The wooden room with balcony and the location of the guesthouse, in the silence of nature, are perfect and elegant.
The heated swimming pool is comfortable. Good value for money... But many things to review... Especially the welcome and the way of receiving customers🤔

Super congratulations!
Let's start with the place... Pino... the hotel is located 1 minute from Terento, and has a vast lawn with games for children and animals... which in itself is a nice thing, we were welcomed very kindly by the room and the bathroom spacious with a view of the Plan de Corones!
We opted for half board…
Excellent food! Varied, typical, abundant... they offer you choices but you then ask for what you need and they welcome you with a smile!
We were surprised by a beautiful and airy snowfall...top...and since during the day we visited the Christmas markets...in the late afternoon...sauna and swimming pool with hydromassage...relax beers Peace snow! Perfect!

Oh, the children? They are extremely welcomed!
I highly recommend it and we have already rebooked!!!

Well done!

Very nice new wing. Clean and well-kept rooms. The old wing cute, and more antique style. There is a very comfortable elevator, also to have access to the indoor pool. Beautiful garden also with table tennis. The excellent cuisine. Highly recommend this hotel

We arrived at the hotel on the afternoon of February 5th, we rang the bell and a gentleman who didn't speak much Italian checked us in so to speak, because he didn't give us any information of any kind, and the only thing he he immediately had to tell us he was showing us the little table where we would eat, the very first thing he told us, a little table in a little corner of the bar, outside the room where you have dinner and breakfast which has beautiful windows, near the breakfast buffet. salads, where every evening I could admire the butts of the people in line at the buffet, right in my face.
We discovered that we were the only individual guests, the hotel hosted a group of Germans who were greeted very warmly, while we Italians remained half-hearted.
We had to point out to them that a 4-course menu had been confirmed to us on the email, and after the first dinner they did so but for the entire stay they foisted on us a terrible menu which was certainly intended for the group, made up of Sofficini, pasta with cream etc I have never eaten so badly in all the stays I have had in Trentino, not to mention the breakfast, we went down at around 7.45 every morning and, since the group had already left, they found nothing, two mini croissants, two in number , one morning one cut in 3, dry and old, there was nothing at all, never seen something like this, we died of hunger and sadness, a holiday we had been waiting for for a long time.

We stayed from 26 to 29 December 2023, the older rooms are spacious and comfortable in a structure detached from the hotel, so both to go to breakfast and dinner and to go to the swimming pool you had to go out in the cold to cross a corridor to the open, which is not very pleasant, the spa is very small, sauna for two maximum 3 people, which also didn't work for two days, breakfast is normal, dinner with dishes to improve and salad buffet not very varied, with only cold salads , in winter we would like some cooked vegetables. At the time of the evening dessert, the owner passes by the tables to ask for cash for the drinks consumed, which in no hotel they do, in addition to the inconvenience of the guests, they take out the money at the table , it becomes a nuisance.

Quali sono gli orari per la cena?
Federico S asked a question Nov 2016
Vigonovo, Italy
buongiorno, ma è necessario l'uso delle catene per arrivare in hotel?
Answer from ADRIMb
MB256 contributions77 helpful votes
