Paradores are, allways Great, but this one is in a wonderfull settings. A medieval town, is like you travel back in time to XIV, XV century. Is the place where Fernando " El Catholic" was born. If you like history , this is your place. And you have a lot more of wonderful places in close range. Is worth it

We booked for a two night stay as amigos and paid E97 per night including breakfast. Our standard room was on the second top floor with lovely views of the valley. The room and bathroom were both well equiped and comfortable. A couple of negatives, why Paradores have a persistent problem with poor internet which takes ages to load and... More

We have stayed in this parador 3 times in winter and wanted the summer experience. The hotel is fabulous. It is only an hour drive to Pamplona which is a great city to visit. The village itself had a mini fiesta day which was great to see.

We stayed at this parador to start our 3 weeks tour in Spain. We could not have started better! The hotel combines the charms of history with contemporary comfort. We had a spacious room with stunning view over the valley. Unfortunately there was to much wind to keep the large window doors open. The breakfast was complete and a good... More

We had a fabulous night's stay in the parador. Our room was stunning with the historic 'feel' of the room preserved whilst offering superb bathroom facilities. We loved the architecture, the history, the medieval village and chilling in the bar area. Unfortunately the evening meal was a huge disappointment - our worst meal in a 3 week touring holiday, and... More

The rooms were nice and decent size. The bathroom very clean and spacious. If you get get a balcony, that is a must for the view (ask about the view). The bar and restaurant are very simple and quiant. If you like history and coblestone streets, you are at the right place. Also visit the cathederal where a King of... More

Not only this particular hotel, but also two other hotels from the Paradores chain in Spain, (we had visited during a trip to Spain last week), are an excellent combination of old and new. A nicell hotels are located in castles / old fortresses, always at an important crossroads. New and modern rooms. Excellent service and breakfast - rich and... More

Spent one night here on a touring holiday of Northern Spain, reception offered us an upgraded room for an extra 15€, however as we were only spending one night we declined. We were pleased with our side view rooms, they were spacious with a good bathroom. You could open the window to expose a balcony rail which was nice. We... More
