Very comfortable hotel at the main square of Mondejar. It is the best place to stay when you are visiting the Alcarria of Guadalajara. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable, and the decoration is elegant and welcoming. Breakfast is correct : not too much variety but generous and delicious. AND, twice a... More

Nice and cozy rooms, great dinner in a beautiful patio. Plenty and delicious breakfast. The service was very friendly and helpful. They also own a cafeteria in the main square with good lunch menu for a reasonable price. Perfect to relax outside of the city.

Excellent service and cuisine. The location is non plus but the rest more than compensate for it. Highly recommended especially for business people or people on short stay .. also for travelers with pets.

This is the second time we have visited this wonderful, very comfortable hotel. It is the place to stay when you are visiting Guadalajara, the Alcarria and when you are just looking for a scape from the busy Madrid. The service is excellent and very accommodating. On our first day, we arrived quite late, after midnight and Umberto and Antonio... More

First impressions of the building from outside were muted but the interior was great, the rooms very clean and comfortable with a sense of individuality and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Most of all the staff were amazingly helpful and hospitable; nothing was too much trouble. You need a car to be able to get out and about... More

I booked 4 nights and tried to cancel within 24 hours, realising the place had nothing to do with Madrid. However, despite continuous phone calls I was unable to get hold of anyone who would speak English. I was expecting to be charged for the first night of our 'no show'. However, they charged us for all four, despite the... More

Pros: - The hotel is calm and cool - an oasis to come into after spending a day sightseeing and driving in the sun! - The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. Plenty of hot water. - The hotel restaurant serves beautifully prepared and presented food. Some of the best food I've had in Spain. - Very good value... More

We bought a 5 night stay through KGB deals This is a clean modern and comfortable hotel. However having one staff on when over 10 couples are staying was not very efficient (non English speaking)- poor guy was doing everything even the Bar! The surrounding facilities were virtually non existent and the area itself was very run down with lots... More

Thanks for your comment. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. We receive many tourists from all over Europe and we always recommend hiring a car because public transport is not very frequent in the area. Our restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner Friday and Saturday also. We have got also a cafe bar that... More

Firstly - Hotel itself is lovely. the staff are friendly, and the breakfast was lovely. Room was very clean, and spacious. The hotel itself is not the issue here. There is only one English Speaking member of staff. the immediate area leaves somewhat to be desired, however madrid Centre is accessible by public transport - albeit over 2 to 2:30... More
