The Lipa Hotel *** is located next to the main square in Ĺ empeter pri Gorici, not far from Nova Gorica and Gorizia ( Italy). It offers 42 air-conditioned rooms - of different types and sizes, free WI-FI, a modern bistro, a bar with terrace, a multifunctional space for large and small events, and free private parking right next to the hotel. In addition to a buffet breakfast, the bistro offers a wide selection of Ă la carte dishes: pasta, fish dishes, burgers, steaks and original salads, as well as frtalja, Ĺ empeter struklji, and other homemade desserts. Guests can order snacks, ice cream and refreshing drinks at the bar, and relax on the shaded terrace overlooking the main square. Cyclists have free use of a secure bike storage room, and we also offer bike rental. The Lipa Hotel also has a Green Key sustainability label.

…..we book at the last minute…… We arrive after 10pm after a very intense day with many kilometers behind us. Very comfortable hotel with small attached car park... I often stay in this cosy hotel. Rooms are plain but pleasant and clean, they offer everything needed. Breakfast is tasty, staff very kind and also parking is convenient. I'll gladly stay there again. It is my favourite hotel in region of Nova Gorica.

Hotel Lipa is a wonderful, comfortable cozy hotel in the center of Sempeter, which is a few minutes from Nova Gorica. The staff is friendly and always available. For every recommendation. I spent three days with my colleagues. I had work obligations but also enough time to explore the unreal nature and environment.

The Hotel Lipa was a nice stay for us as a stopover on a road trip. The staff was nice and our room was older but clean enough. The restaurant seems to be very local and is quite busy. We are more meals on the terrace, which is nice, and the food was good. There hotel is near to walking trails for exploring nearby villages. As a stopover the hotel was a good choice for us.

The Lipa sits just over the Italian border in Nova Gorica. It is excellent value for money, has friendly helpful staff and a good restaurant. On site car parking. Easy access to local area with its fine scenery and relics of WWII. Only 2 minutes drive to Italian border.

This is what you would call a normal three star hotel. Clean, nice personnel, specially the waiters at the restaurant and the receptionists. We were invited (partly), so I cannot really discuss about the prices.

This is a good located hotel at the Slovenian part of Gorizia (Gorice). The hotel was celar, the room was perfect. The room was silet, and comfortable. And the terrace of the bar open to the main square of Nova Gorizia. The parking was perfect behind the hotel.

Friendly hotel and a great preise. The hotel is located on a center of small town right at the border between Slovenia and Italy. The food was very nice. Staff was excellent, very helpful. On our next trip to the area we are booking thw Lipa again.
