Connected to pools with very convenient tunnel
Normal buffet service for a foreign country but rather rude staff
Reception to forget, all check in there were two girls who told us in English xthat if we did not know English it was our problem because they did not know Italian. So we were liquidated holding the keys without knowing anything else. In the following days we went to the reception of the other hotel where a very nice girl gave us all the information we needed.
Cleanliness in the room to forget, under the beds they never cleaned and already on our arrival it was full of dust

After an initial misunderstanding regarding the reserved room, which was resolved smoothly and kindly at the reception, we spent a relaxing short vacation in the hotel.
It may be worth mentioning that the reservation system should not offer a standard room with only ONE extra bed for two adults and two children (ages 7 and 11) - 4 people could not sleep in so little space.
The spa is wonderful, very clean, lots of options for children's entertainment. The hotel itself is already a little "tired", but still quiet and calm, pleasant to stay. The beds are comfortable, and so are the pillows.
There is thermal water in the room every day.
The food (we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner) is fine, lots of choice, average taste. Some dishes could be more fresh (the prepared dishes gave the impression that they had been sitting on the counter for a long time).
A nice surprise is the freshly baked pizzas in the evening.
The staff is extremely friendly and attentive.

The rooms are small and with a carpet that doesn't really taste clean, our , like so many others directly overlooking a construction site with two giant cranes that can safely touch the balconies with the load, I really don't see security.
The restaurant (as they call it) is actually a self-service canteen where even young guests can go to "paciugare" desserts and other courses.
You cannot classify a 4 star hotel!!
The day we decided to leave earlier than planned I wanted to talk to the manager showing her also the videos of my room with the work in progress, she specified that on the site it was written that they were performing work adjacent to the parking lot, and that there would be occasional noise. In fact, the work was under the chambers and the workers were present at the site as early as eight in the morning to perform works not of small entities. We were offered a change of rooms but now our patience was over.
Our room like others was overlooking a construction site where the workers already worked at 8 am and being on vacation were not well liked.
In addition, an employee to do the cleaning entered the room even seeing that we were inside, she wanted to go to the bathroom where my husband was. I stopped her in time before she opened the door. This is disrespectful and completely unsuitable for hotel service. We left two days before because of discontent. When we checked out they wanted to offer us a room in their other superior hotel but we refused.
Bad experience

You can lie beside the pool all day or take a hike on the hills near by. The food at the restaurant is delicious, buffet dinner, eat as much as you can 😄

Wi-Fi hardly usable in the whole hotel.
Buffet and food very good!
The thermal baths are nice. But even though they say they are included, only a small part is included. We weren't even allowed into the sauna for free.

"The room was small with insufficient free space for baggage. It looked clean but the floor textile was full of stains and looked dirty. It seemed as if a soon renovation is necessary. The balcony was unattractive and directed to the parking lot. Bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and with sufficient pairs of clean towels. Heating was good and could be regulated. We slept well."Read full review
