Stayed here while visiting family. Lovely hotel and grounds. Didn't eat there, but all staff were very friendly. Room nice and clean too, and plenty of parking. The location of the hotel is nice and peaceful, but not too far from Coventry or Warwick.

Our yearly celebrations with friends made over 30 years ago in the village of Melbourn Cambridgeshire. We having been doing this for around 25 years plus, staying at different locations. This year it was Brandon Hall and Spa, and what a lovely welcome we received. Facilities good, swimming pool, sauna and steam room especially. Good walks for the dog.

Because of the tube strike I needed to make a quick booking for a business trip albeit for one night and managed to get in here. Lovely setting, seemed popular, even for a Sunday night (bridge tournament taking place). Large comfortable room where I got a decent night’s sleep. Bit of trouble on checking out as they insisted my corporate...

Visited the hotel for a Spa day package arranged by my husband for my Birthday. Arrived and all reception staff were friendly, we didn’t like the mains on the menu so they changed it to sandwiches for us. Spa was quite disappointing. We assumed the spa would have a Jacuzzi which it didn’t and the sauna was broke and there...

Dear Kellie L Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel after your recent 'Spa day', I'm sorry that you found the experience disappointing. Unfortunately, our sauna door shattered unexpectedly and as it is bespoke is taking some time to replace, and with regards to a jacuzzi, when the pool was designed it was felt that we didn't...

The room was good and well lit, well heated and clean. Plenty of parking and baths in the rooms. Cheerful and helpful staff. Bridge players have specific needs and this was the first time the hotel had had a bridge event. It took them a little time to get used to their quirks but the hotel learnt fast. So, why...

Our breakfast times do vary at the weekend depending on how busy we are, however on weekdays they are always the same 6.30am to 9.30am and I apologize if this was not made clear. We booked this hotel for a 3 night Christmas break, it was very central for some of our party travelling from Lomdon area and some from North/ North West. Upon arrival the hotel was set in its own grounds and there was plenty of parking. On entering the hotel they had decorated it beautifully with two open roaring log fires...

This is our third stay at Brandon Hall and the second during the Christmas Day period, and once again the hotel facilities were first class, in tandem with a very special team of staff. I reflect it may be a rather overused cliché to say..."absolutely fantastic stay", although, these three words do sum up our thoughts regarding our Christmas Break...

I've stayed in a lot of other Mercure hotels. This is one of the best. My room was perfect with stylish furniture, breakfast well cooked and staff professional. The swimming pool and gym was excellent (only open 8.00-5.00). Dinner was good too but a bit pricey. There's a local pub for a cheaper option.

During the festive period the opening hours for the leisure facilities were reduced slightly, however our normal opening times are weekdays 6.30am to 10.00pm and weekends 7.00am to 8.00pm. Booked for a new year break and upgraded to an executive room, check in was really confused and slow, on going to the room we found it was an ajoining room with a very poorly fitted door that allowed visibility of the next room and even low conversation could be easily heard. Trip back to reception and moved room to...

Enjoyed a lovely 2 day New Year Break, lovely hotel in excellent setting. Very comfortable room/lounges and attentive staff. Gala Dinner, some vegetables would have been nice and slightly too much 60's music. However, thoroughly enjoyed our New Year celebration. Thank you.
