Me and my family (wife, boy (3) & girl (1) visited Sorrento/Meta for a week and were very satisfied by the Bleu Village accommodation throughout our stay. We had a 2x bedroom bungalow which we found pleasant and well equipped, but contrary to alot of reviews we did not have any problem with ants or spiders! (If you clean up your food after you then there would be no problem). The pool area was lovely, nice water slides for both young and old, and the trampoline area was a favourite for my kids (and us parents too)! Susi in reception and all the staff were so helpful and no request was too big or small they were exceptional. The breakfast in the morning was light but satisfactory, and whilst we didn't eat dinner at the resort we saw alot of people enjoying their meals every night (we kept our kids to a strict eating time which didn't suit the resort, however there was a delightful pizzeria just a couple of mins walk away which was perfect for us every evening). The Bleu Village is only 5x mins (less even) from nice little cafés and restaurants, and from the beach, which had lots of restaurants, play areas and lidos. All in all a very nice place to stay a d I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Furthermore, although there are lots of steps to get down to breakfast, you will find this everywhere in Sorrento so we didn't find it an issue. It was also welcome exercise! You can get anywhere on the road so it is possible to avoid the steps! All in all, it was a super week

We had a great stay here whilst at a wedding in Sorrento, we stayed for a week, very friendly staff and great accommodation. Susy who works in reception was particularly helpful organising all our taxis to and from the wedding and even got the hotel minibus to drop us at the bus station to get our coach to the airport! Overall a lovely place with magnificent views.

Shower flooded, decor was disgusting, smelt really bad, food was terrible and lots of ants and spiders on the beds. The only decent thing was the balcony overall. The sheets and blankets were quite odd and blankets had a rough uncomfortable material too. Avoid!!

Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Mattress was very comfy and sheets clean and crisp. Simple furnishings but perfectly pleasant. Fridge and air conditioning in good working order. Shower was surprisingly good with great water pressure. Table and chairs on outside terrace with stunning views through the trees to the sea. All set on the side of the hill with lots of steps but great views and lots of well kept flowering plants. Restaurant didn't appear to be open, but we didn't ask, just ate outside the resort. Good facilities for kids: trampolines, small play park, football pitch and pool with 3 water slides. Strangely you couldn't go in the pool without a swimming cap which could be purchased from the hut. This did put us off. Staff were helpful and friendly.
