This is an exceptional hotel set in stunning surroundings with fantastic rooms and staff. The breakfasts should not be missed whilst there is really a lot to do in this beautiful wine area of Italy. There are also fantastic walks to be taken from the hotel in early morning. Really recommend a visit if you intend exploring the area.

Relais Corte Guastalla is truly a gorgeous country estate just outside Verona. Owners Orietta and Franco Tommasi will welcome you to their grand "home" with open arms. Every detail is meticulously attended to so that guests have everything they need at their fingertips. The guestrooms are spacious with luxury amenities, and their country breakfast is lavish and completely unexpected. Enjoy...

We stayed in Relais Corte Guastalla briefly on our way to Lake Garda. Our evening flight into Verona was delayed which meant we arrived very late, but still found a very welcoming owner, Orietta. The room was very spacious and we really appreciated all the attention to detail, from the complimentary cool drinks to the well equipped, modern bathroom. The...

We enjoyed 4 wonderful nights in this lovely hotel, where the room was large and very well-equipped; the service was gracious, warm and friendly. The building is old but entirely and beautifully renovated and modernized, while still retaining its rustic charm. We dined in nearby restaurants frequented by locals and where the food was delicious. This hotel served as a...

We stayed here for a short honeymoon break. The rooms are superbly sized and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for peace and quiet but it is still within 30 minutes of Lake Garda and Verona. We loved the food on offer at breakfast, much of which was freshly made, and the owner was extremely helpful and...

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying here in early September. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, secluded in the country but quite close to a few lovely villages and towns. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible; our every need was looked after. Loved the honesty bar with local wines, and the breakfast was...

We wanted to stay for one night only, but then decided to prolongue for one night. Why? Because we liked it very much. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so to find it is a bit frustrating and the road is unpaved, but it is worth. Family run small hotel is designet with contemporary taste, but still reflecting peacefull...

My wife and I spent two nights with Orietta and Franco in July. We were on our way from Venice to Switzerland. First thing that strikes you upon arrival is how peaceful and quiet it is. The property is well off the beaten path but centrally located to visit Verona and Lake Garda. Orietta and Franco have extensively refurbished the...

Superb from the word go! The setting is in rural, northern Italy 20 minutes from lake Garda or Verona. Orietta and Franco are charming hosts very warm and comfortable people with a high quality and friendly approach. Nothing is too much trouble and the atmosphere is geared to the visitors comfort and convenience. The house and gardens are delightful with...
