Along the danube out in a small village is not really the place where you expect a high-tech hotel. High-tech hotel? This does not mean that you can reserve via internet (which you probably can) or that there is free Wifi (it is). It means for example, that you bed has an integrated massage function. Or that the bath room...

For luxury comfort, the room facilities are excellent, in particular if you like music while in the shower! The restaurant is more traditional with, on the evening we dined, excellent banana dessert. The service is welcoming. I can thoroughly recommend.

We stayed there during a business tour. Simple and quiet place, with comfy beds. Restaurant was ok with local cuisine and food, which is tasty and well balanced. Breakfast was ok too. They also sell some local suvenirs and products. My boss forgot his shirts and they immediately contacted us for shipping them back.

just off a busy main road, good double glassing so no issue with noise to sleep. Good food in the restaurant. I always find Best western an odd mix of national franchise business and local quirks and this was no exception. It has recently had a lot of money spent on upgrading so lots of newness. Room a little on...

Right at border of the beautiful wine growing area Wachau Valley in Lower Austria I stayed in this beautiful hotel right next to the Danube. I had the pleasure to stay for 3 nights, and each one was more than worth it. The hotel with its great architecture welcomes its guests from the first minute. It is nicely situated right...

Highly disappointing check-in experience because as hot sweaty cyclists arriving on time to check in just after 2pm, we were given the key to an extremely small dark dusty smelly room looking out via a dirty net curtain onto some litter by 1 poor staff member ( a waitress) who was friendly and understanding enough but did not have any...

We stayed two nights during a recent motorcycle tour of Europe. The hotel is in a very quiet location with no other restaurants or bars close by. Once dinner was over, they seemed to close the bar and there was no one available to get you something. On our second night a coach tour was in the hotel so the...

Stayed three nights in this cute little Austrian hotel. Good hotel away from crowds Nice quite remote location, except for some street noise. Nice breakfast room with typical German/Austrian breakfast. Table clothes and cute appointments. Bright and cheery. Free wifi in rooms although a pain to keep loggin on each time. Nice patio to eat, had dinner there as well....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel with its beautiful view of the Danube and the Melk Abbey across the river. They have bicycles available to ride along the Danube. Even for someone who hasn't done any bicycling for years, the trails were easy to ride and the villages were fun to explore. Of course, watching the swans and...
